Management was extremely helpful!! They gave us free passes for the buses and nearby museums. They were flexible when I needed on-the-spot changes to our accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. |

The hotel owners and staff were a class act and most friendly, making our visit to Germany and stay in Garmisch most enjoyable. The finest hotel we have stayed in over the past several years. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Germany! |

The location was awesome, right outside a city bus stop. The area was beautiful and most of the staff was very helpful (one exception). The spa area was very nice and private. The breakfast was fantastic! Bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky. |

With very friendly and helpful staff throughout the week and a very comfortable room, we had a great time and were pleased with our choice of hotel. We made great use of the local bus services (free as a result of paying the local tax supplement) from the stop outside the hotel. |

The view from our balcony was awesome! We also like that they are pet friendly. We made a mistake on our booking date but the receptionist was very accomodating about finding us another room and even came to open and put linens on the couch for our daughter. For breakfast we were able to cook our own eggs and bacon. Very pleasant atmosphere. |

This was our second stay at the Hotel Rheinishcher Hof. The hotel is close to mountains, and within walking distance of lakes and town. The setting is very quite with a view of the mountains from the balcony. The staff are all pleasant and very helpful and they all speak English. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very clean. We highly recommend staying at this hotel. There are no negatives about this hotel or the staff! |

The large family room was a wonderful size, the breakfast was very nice, the hotel was close to public transportation and town, and the deck had a wonderful view! The signage and direction to the hotel were not good and we had a difficult time finding the hotel. |

The hotel itself is in a great location, right on the main street,within minutes of ski areas and walking distance to restaurants. Clean and a very spacious and comfortable room. Go with activities already decided. They were less than helpful about suggesting activities or pointing us in the right direction of activities we were interested in. Also, the "wellness center" leaves a lot to be desired. |

Hotel is a classic family-run German outfit with agood deal of thought put into the small things around the hotel itself, rooms and breakfast buffet. Evening menu was too 'typically German' when we ere there although there are non-listed kids alternatives like spagetti bolognese, chicken nuggets + fries etc. Our (nice, spacious) room was across an often busy road from the main building limiting freedom of the kids. |

The hotel staff was very friendly. The fellow at the front desk went online and got me soccer tickets for a game in Munich. The hotel itself is nothing fancy. But it has good sized, clean rooms with hot showers. The free breakfast was better than most european hotels I have stayed it. For the price and location it was worth the price to me. |
