Hotel tres agreable, nous avons aussi essaye le restaurant qui propose des plats locaux tres sympathiques. Le petit dejeuner est tres copieux. |

The hotel staff was very friendly. The fellow at the front desk went online and got me soccer tickets for a game in Munich. The hotel itself is nothing fancy. But it has good sized, clean rooms with hot showers. The free breakfast was better than most european hotels I have stayed it. For the price and location it was worth the price to me. |

Extremely friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, great shower, wonderful location. Would highly recommend it and will stay there again in the future. Translucent door to bathroom might be awkward if traveling with non-family. |

The view of the mountains was spectacular, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was quite good. I've read other minor comments about this hotel and I don't think they were justified. |

Friendliness of staff and the cleanliness. Everyone we met was polite and efficient...a very, very frienldy place. We would go back at any time.. The room needed proper curtains, to enable you to sleep properly. That aside I cannot think of a better place to stay in the town. Far enough from the centre for a pleasant walk after dinner, but not so far you need transport. Every single member of staff we met were polite to a fault. A good guide of a hotel for us is the quality of the breakfast provided and this was very good indeed..superx10! |

It was close to the Marshall Center, where I worked during my stay. More importantly, the staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The room was always clean. It was very spacious, and had a wonderfuly view of the Zugspitze. The beds were comfortable -- everything about my room, the breakfasts, dinners, and desk service was superb. The hotel needs to provide clothing irons and ironing boards in the rooms, especially since at least part of its clientelle is with the Marshall Center (where business attire is often worn). The hotel also needs to contract with a local laundering service, so that customers don't have to seek that service down the street, on their own. |
