Staff was friendly and hotel was good value. TV had too few channels and was tiny. Hotel was a bit too far to walk to/from main station with bags. |

Convenient location, close to university, city center, theater. Clean, nice room. Unlimited, free WiFi internet access in room. When I requested a softer pillow, this was taken care off immidiately. The window had 4 layers of glass, keeping street noise out perfectly. The ventilation in the room at night was minimal. |

- near to city of Bonn ..breakfast was okay, shower and toilet facilities are okay ... but also beside a street with lots of traffic, single rooms small |

Freundlichkeit des Personals, Sauberkeit des Zimmers, alles vorhanden was für einen kurzen Geschäftsaufenthalt notwendig ist dass es ziemlich laut war - dies war aber von vornherein klar :-) - deshalb liegt es ja auch so zentral ist gut zu erreichen |

Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich. Zum Beispiel wurde unsere Bitte, uns Zimmer nach hinten, nicht auf die Straße, zu geben, wurde sofort berücksichtigt. |

Su situación en la ciudad y sin ruidos por un muy buen aislamiento de las habitaciones La recepción está en el primer piso y el ascensor no baja hasta la entrada por lo que hay que cargar las maletas una planta |

Zimmer war OK, aber doch sehr klein. Am besten kein Zimmer zur Straße raus nehmen (extrem laut). Nach hinten aber sehr ruhig. Frhüstück am WE erst etwas spät. |

Het personeel is vriendelijk en geeft goed bruikbare tips voor het stadsbezoek. Onze kamer had fauteuils en dat is prettig om even rustig te zitten. |
