Very friendly, helpful staff. Room very clean and plenty of room. Not far from Europa Park, could easily walk. Hotel has a stream behind that my children loved watching the ducks and swans in. Breakfast typical German breakfast, just great for us. Free parking not far from hotel. Very nice stay. Cannot think of anything I didn't like.

The hotel managed by the Ricci family was very nice and friendly. They let us check in earlier than usual and it really was a short ten minute walk to Europa Park along two very pretty streets. Parking was just behind the hotel. The family room for four was comfortable, bathroom lovely and bright. The breakfast was perfect with the best coffee and hot chocolate ever. We were given lots of information about Europa park, very useful for our first visit. All in all a great stay.

Les propriétaires parlent anglais, allemand, français. Parking à proximité avec dix places. Baignoire 1m60 avec eau chaude sans interruption. Petit-déjeuner exemplaire au gout de tous. Télé avec des centaines de chaînes y compris française et anglaise. Petite surprise en arrivant à l'hôtel. Rapport tarif/qualité très bon. A moins d'un kilomètre de Europapark. Côté rue on entend les voitures. Isolations perfectibles pour les voisins.

Besonders positiv war die Gastfreundlichkeit des Chefs. So viel Kundenservice erlebten wir noch nie. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr sauber, Frühstück perfekt. Hier stimmt Preis/Leistung absolut. Wir werden das Hotel Ricci gerne wieder buchen.

Freundliches Personal Super Frühstück Nicht weit vom Europapark entfernt Für eine Nacht austeichend Internet bekommt man nur in der lobby Wir hatten 2 Zimmer auf dem zweitem stock Eins davon war sehr klein gar kein vergleich Mit den fotos vom hotel Das 2 Zimmer war schrecklich mann hat das bad nicht Im Zimmer sondern musst aus dem zimmer über denFlur gehen Um ins bad zu gelangen die Einrichtung in diesem Zimmer ist seit 20 -30 Jahren nicht mehr erneuert wurden. Der Fehrnseh ging nicht . Man hört alles was im neben Zimmer passiert

Nur 7 Gehminuten vom Europapark entfernt. Das Zimmer was wir hatten, war ganz neu renoviert und farblich sehr ansprechend. Sehr hellhörig - man konnte alles hören vom Nachbarzimmer und vom Flur. Auch die Straßengeräusche drangen selbst durch die geschlossenen Fenster laut und deutlich. Die Betten waren sehr hart. Das Hotel ist sehr dicht an der Straße gelegen und der Parkplatz war ca. 300M weit weg.

Probabilmente l'unico Hotel in cui si parla anche l'Italiano. Molto comodo il letto. Europa Park raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Bagno un po' piccolo.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen. Wir bekamen einen super tip, wo man fein Abendessen kann. Es waren alle sehr freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Le patron et le personnel sont très sympathique, aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner buffet varié copieux et excellent. Les chambres très agréables surtout celles qui donne sur la rivière. Le coté rue est plus bruyant mais la nuit il y a peu de passage.
