telefonisch nicht erreichbar. personal über nacht nicht anwesend. keine küche nur frühstück mit aufgebackenen brötchen und kaffepetautomat. Stockflecke an der decke und in anderen räumen.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden.Das Hotel bietet keinen Luxus, ist aber hervorragend geeignet für ein paar Tage zum Ausspannen.Wir kommen dort bestimmt noch einmal hin,dann aber ein paar Tage mehr. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten.

De kamer was zeer ruim en goed gemeubileerd. Het eten in het restaurant was zeer goed, bediening zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Wunderbare Lage, ideal für Ausflugstouren; Hotel sieht nicht nur einladend aus (typisch Harz), sondern bestätigt den guten äußeren Eindruck durch freundliches Personal und Wohlfühl-Ambiente auch im Inneren. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt im malerischen Bodetal, vor dem Hause beginnen Wanderwege, die frische Luft der Umgebung bietet perfekte Erholung. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels, das von einem Niederländer geführt wird, habe ich als überaus zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich empfunden. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist einfach, aber sehr bequem, vor allem war das Bad sehr sauber. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen bei schönem Wetter, andernfalls liegen aber auch die reichen Kulturschätze des Ostharzes (Quedlinburg, Burg Falkenstein, Blankenburg usw.) nicht weit entfernt.

Der Service war sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, vom Hotel aus war man schnell an allen nahegelegenden Erlebnismöglichkeiten wie z.B. Pullman City, Seilbahnen zum Hexentanzplatz / Wildtierpark oder die Bodetal Therme. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, man hat den Fluss quasi vor der Haustür. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Wanderausflüge sehr günstig. Die Zimer sind ansprechend gestaltet und ausreichend groß. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Familienzimmer. Die Angestellten/Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt prozentuale Vergüstigungen auf den Zimmerpreis schon ab 3 Nächten Aufenthalt (10% bis zu 15% bei 7 Nächten), die allerdings nur bei einer Buchung direkt im Hotel berücksichtigt werden. Vor unserer Anreise war das Zimmer komplett gereinigt worden, leider war es dass einzige Mal. Es wurden zwar täglich die Betten gemacht und einige Haare vom Badezimmerboden entfernt, aber in 5 Tagen leider nicht gesaugt. Dies ist recht ungünstig, da man vom wandern auch mal etwas Dreck mitbringt...Was weniger dramatisch war, ist dass es keinen Fön gab. Auch beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas Abwechslung gewünscht wie mal einen Frischkäse o.ä. (also nichts Extravagantes) oder eine der leckeren geräucherten Forellen, die Nachbarort gezüchtet werden.
