- The availability of rooms for single persons - The design of the room, modern and still warm:white+brown+lime green, - Spatious shower room, no narrow door and high steps needed to get into it - Big desk - Spatious corridors and staircase, so no problem when carrying two suitcases - Receptionist being leaving her desk for showing where to park motorcycle - My (foreign) maestro bankpasses not being accepted (at gasstations i have no problems paying by means of them) - The device to close the door being too agressive when one has some luggage to take in or out.

clean, nicely decorated problem with heating system. Room cold no heating and warm water too cold too in the evening as in the morning. Difficult in winter time with snow outside.

Perfect location, 5 minutes from central streets and good restaraunts in Ulm. The hotel is new and interior is perfect, the rooms are very cosy. The hotel is pricey. If they would drop the price - it would be a top chice in Ulm.

The room was clean, comfortable bed and shower. Nice, modern look. Breakfast buffet was a reasonable 6 euro. Very strange smell in the room, which didn't go away after having opened the window several times. Too hot in the room during the night, no possibility to lower the heat. Dark corridors all day and even night.

Brand new hotel well equipped for the business traveller. Very competitively priced. Breakfast was also a reasonable €6. Would happily recommend this hotel over the competition and I regularly stay in Ulm for business A little further from local amenities

24 Stunden Rezeption, schnelles + unkompliziertes Einchecken, freundliches Personal, Rezeptionist beim Einchecken wusste nicht, das es Hotelparkplätze gab. Steckdose hing 2 Tage aus der Wand ohne Reperatur, Zimmer wurde an einem Tag nicht gesäubert, Internet extrem langsam

Praticamente tutto. L'Hotel, seppur essenziale, è nuovo, pulitissimo, confortevole, moderno. Staff gentilissimo. Wi-Fi praticamente inutilizzabile. Se avete necessità della connessione internet per lavorare (come me), cambiate posto. Altrimenti tutto ok. Colazione buona ma non eccelsa come varietà. Ottima la qualità

De nabijheid van een parkeergelegenheid was goed... Waarom kan men ons vooraf niet verwittigen dat er geen eetgelegenheid is in het hotel ? Kleine kamers bieden weinig faciliteiten... Reservatie via Booking com was onduidelijk wat betreft de wijze van betaling: was dit vooraf betaald via visa of moesten wij ter plaatse nog alles betalen ? Geen eenduidigheid met gelijkaardige boekingen op andere plaatsen via jullie organisatie..Wij deden hetzelfde op onze terugtocht in Esch Sur Alzette (Belval, Ibis hotel) en daar was blijkbaar de kamerprijs reeds verrekend via een bankverrichting (Visa)...Voor ons niet steeds duidelijk wat er vooraf reeds gebeurd is...

Fenster sehr isoliert und damit sehr ruhig ( Hotel liegt an der Strasse ), Betten sehr komfortabel , sehr schönes Bad , sehr große Dusche und sehr modern ,Flachbidschirm mit indirekte Beleuchtung chic , Waren sehr zufrieden und kann es nur empfehlen ;) Personal ein bisschen unpersönlich , Frühstück Eier knapp , der Kaffe aus dem Atomaten schmeckt nicht besonders , Parkplatzmangel

היינו באולם לילה אחד בלבד ובחרנו את המלון על פי המלצות שפורסמו בבוקינג, חניה חינם ואינטרנט אלחוטי. המחיר טיפה יקר. המלון יחסית חדש. ארוחת בוקר - אל תצפו לשפע אבל עולה רק ששה אירו וזה סביר ביותר... המגוון כמו שרגילים להגיש באירופה : גבינה צהובה, לחמניות טריות, ביצים קשות, נקניק, ריבות וקפה. לנו זה הספיק. החדרים גדולים מאוד. נקי ומסודר. המלון מעוצב בסגנון מודרני, תומך באיכות הסביבה. המחיר קצת גבוה.
