Close to the station. Nice and efficient staff. Possibilities to order food and drinks from the bar. Nice rooms well equipped and very clean. Excellent value for price.

Relatively noisy outside as located in an animated (hot) area. Breakfast room outside of the building.

The hotel is convenient to access to city.

I was checked out on 28/4/2013 at 11am , after make a payment and bringing my lugguage to Taxi compartment, your staff ran out and shouted to me and the Taxi driver, she was suspected I stole the other guests lugguage. Could you please inform you hotel people not to let this things happened again ! this really embarrassed and shame.I was looking the hole to hide,as I couldn't speck German,and no idea how to explain to her, the lugguage are belong to me.This is really awful experience in my life.

The location is excellent. Close to the center and the Central Station. Modern decoration and very clean! The receptionists are very helpful!

The neighbourhood is very safe even though there are cabarets next to the hotel!!!!

Location is great! Hotel is new, fashionable and clean! Stuff is helpful and very friendly! Transparent shower cabin is great, I absolutely loved it!

Room was way too hot and air conditioning was not helpful at all. The toilet could be more isolated, because it was the way too open, which is ok when you are alone but not that ok when you are in couple.

The hotel was very new, and the rooms really clean. Also relatively near the main train station.

No mini-bar in the room. Also the area is dodgy with lots of adult clubs and shops nearby, although we didn't feel particularly unsafe.

The Hotel is close to the center and underground as well as to the railway station.

Awfull location of bathroom and toilet. It's in the room almost next to the bed. Not comfortable using it even when you travel with the family. Would recommend the hotel only for single travelers.

Close to public transportatin. And just 10 minutes' walk to city center.

It's located near strip clubs. So not good for family with kids.

Everything about the hotel is good.

It's not a complaint but a suggestion to keep weighing scale in the hotel as most of the airlines are very particular about the weight. Sizes of the room is just to small.

The design and decor was interesting and unique. It was extremely clean and quiet as well as relaxing. The location was very conventient to shopping, dining and train station.

I really do not have any negative comments to offer about the Rilano 24/7.

A functional and clean room and hotel. All things working well, e.g internet, bed, shower, etc..

No breakfast restuarant, but you could still order it to the room. Did not try that option.

only change the wall mirror from transparent to opaque because it is difficult to take bath when two adult are leaving in the room because it has transparent and easily to see through.

Value for money in a very convenient location for shopping & Hauptbahn. The actual location was just in the dodgy area, table dancing etc. I was a women on my own shopping till 9:00pm and felt quite safe to walk home alone. I will definitely use this hotel again.

The concierge, Michael, was very welcoming & helpful. He made us feel very comfortable & relaxed! We enjoyed the size of the room & the bathtub! It made all the difference.

Close to the central rail station and the city center. Very friendly staff!!! Everything looks new and stylish. Bathroom floor is warmed. Free Wi-Fi for 100 MB a day. Good room service. Very good overall impression!

Surrounding area is full of strip bars and casinos with all the implications. No refrigerator in the room - you can use the refrigerator at the reception. No dining room - you can ask for a breakfast to your room or buy something at the nearby food stores. Room is rather small, but comfortable.

Before our arrival to this hotel we were scared by other travellers' reviews about glass toilet. But fortunately we lived in a room with absolutely normal toilet without any glass wall. Even shower was not transparrent. The hotel itself is very close to city center and main train station.

Despite of very questionable district where the hotel is located we were assured by hotel staff that it is absolutely safe.

If windows open, maybe a bit noise, as downstairs outside is fun street.

Not so far from shoping street and city centre. There is central railway station about 200 m with good connection to airport ( price for two personas 20 euro).

The hotel appears to be in the red light district and is next to a table dancing club. If you are a lone female traveller as I am this can be a little uncomfortable!
