This is a beautiful, classic hotel in the historic center of Braunschweig. It is easy to drive to and has free parking. We were all over Europe for 24 days and this was one of my favorite hotels. The room was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was large. The buffet breakfast had a large selection and was in a beautiful room. The staff was polite, friendly and spoke English. Our room was above a street on the side of the hotel. There was some street noise. |

The rooms were very spacious, and clean; had a very good breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel highly, as it is right next to the Dom, and close to everything. |

Parking Facility, Restaurant The hotel has great potential but the carpet were worn and dirty. The colour scheme is substandard, the TV is old the lighting is bad, The bathroom lacks up-to-date fixtures and curtains. |

Very nice hotel in the center of the old town. Comfortable rooms with wealthy breafast. I asked on reception to block in anvance all paying porno and sport chanels in my room and was told that its impossible. So I was a bit nervous using the TV. |

Nice building. The parking lot was full, I thought the hotel offered "free parking", and I had to find a parking 300m from the hotel. It cost me 8 EUR. There also was also a very strange, stinging smell in my room (faeces...?), as already noticed by others. |

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage für City-Bummel oder auch Besuch der Volkswagenhalle am Abend (zu Fuß). Freies Parken direkt vor dem Hotel. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. |

Die Nähe zur Ausstellung und zum Museum, die Nähe zur Altstadt Am Telefon wurde kurz ab gesagt, es wären keine Zimmer frei, im Internet waren Zimmer frei. Beim Einchecken wurden wir nicht freundlich begrüßt, dann: mit einer Geste - der Fahrstuhl ist um die Ecke. Ein Stadtplan wurde wortlos überreicht. Der Weg zum Frühstücksraum wurde auch nur durch eine Geste gezeigt. Für diesen Übernachtungspreis kann man ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit verlangen. |

Die uns bereits bekannte zentrale Lage. Die für uns wichtigen Einrichtungen befinden sich in Gehdistanz. Die seriöse und freundliche Betreuung. Man merkt/riecht das alte Gemäuer. |

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten direkt vor dem Hotel auf einem hoteleigenen Parkplatz unser Auto abstellen. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, unser Zimmer roch etwas muffig. Der Verkehrslärm morgens war deutlich zu hören. |
