Good location on the side of the town. Easy access to the centre and main attractions and also to countryside. Very quiet. Nice place to relax. Good breakfasts. Rooms a good size and bathroom was of good standard. |

The hotel is near the castle in Quedlinburg and is in the style of many of the historic buildings of the city. The complex itself is a former mill and is charming. |

We liked the location very much. Bathroom and room are cosy and spacious. Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The cleanliness of the apartment was very nice at arrival. The hotel does not have a swimming pool! This was very disappointing to hear because this was one of the reasons to select this hotel. Only a sauna and Turkish bath. There was no cleaning during our 4 day stay. Cnn was the only English-spoken tv channel. |

The Hotel is on the edge of the town within easy walking distance through the cobbled streets to the town centre, With the castle as a backdrop its an awesome setting, also the park opposite is worth a walk, within the trees in spring there is a carpet of white flowers with a scent of garlic parking was also good with plenty of room opposite the hotel. |

Statt DZ hatten wir eine 2-Zi-Fewo mi Frühstück. Zustand neuwertig, Einrichtung gediegen und komplett. (Kleines) Fenster im Schlafraumme Vorhang; Belästigung durch Strassenlampe. Wände wirken kahl, sie könnten ein paar farbige Drucke vertragen. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden |

die sehr schöne Anlage mit kopfsteingepflastertem Innenhof in ruhiger, zentraler Lage am Fuß/mit Blick zum Schlossberg. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend, der Service (auch beim Frühstück) aufmerksam und wieselflink. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Den sehr guten Gesamteindruck trübt leider ein wenig das Reinigungspersonal, das sich beim Aufräumen der Zimmer offenbar sehr beeilt. Die Betten sind schlampig gemacht, die Handtücher nicht wieder aufgehängt, die Zahnbürsten auf den Fußboden gefegt, der Teppichboden nicht gesaugt. Schade. |

Dat er bij aankomst 's avonds na negen uur ons nog werd aangeboden dat we in het hotel nog wel een hapje konden eten.Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker vers fruit bij het ontbijt. En alles ruim voldoende. Bij het ontbijtbuffet crackers ruim over datum. Dit doorgegeven waarop er gereageerd werd er ligt toch nog een ander soort crackers. De crackers werden wel direct verwijdert.Geen verse jus. Het wijntje aan de bar was behoorlijk aan de prijs. Slijtageplekken in de hoeslakens van de dekbedden. Ik heb dit niet doorgegeven, want we gingen dezelfde morgen weg.Jammer! Wijntje aan de bar gewoon te duur,ook geen achtergrond muziek aanwezig, niets. En dat heeft ons er ook van weerhouden om er 's avonds te eten. Gewoon te stil. Jammer want dit zou de sfeer in het hotel aanzienlijk verbeteren. |

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im neueren Seitenflügel untergebracht. Das Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz. Beim Frühstück wurden wir in das Kaminzimmer gesetzt, da der Frühstücksraum hoffnungslos überfüllt war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dennoch sehr gut. Wenn etwas zur Neige ging, wurde in kürzester Zeit nachgefüllt. Es gibt einen kostenfreien Hotelparkplatz auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Das Hotel befindet sich z. Zt. im Bereich einer Großbaustelle, die Anfahrt war schwierig und selbst mit Navigationsgerät nicht zu schaffen. Uns hat schließlich eine Bewohnerin aus Quedlinburg gesagt, wie wir zum Hotel kommen. Das Hotel ist als 4-Sterne-Hotel klassifiziert, es gibt im Zimmer aber weder einen Safe, noch eine Minibar. Auf meine Frage hieß es, die Minibars würden nach und nach aus den Zimmern entfernt werden. Das Gepäck muss man ins Hotel tragen, würde man seine Koffer hinter sich herziehen, würden aufgrund des groben Kopfsteinpflasters die Räder beschädigt. Ärgerlich. |
