Het feit dat er onmiddellijk een oplossing werd gevonden voor mijn lengte die niet in de bedden met voeteneinde past. We kregen een grotere en een kleinere mooi kamer naast elkaar. Dat ernaast een verbouwing gaande was met behoorlijk storend lawaai voor een wellnesshotel dat rust moet kunnen leveren. Het hotel kon er niets aan doen. Maar ik vind dat men dat moet vermelden bij het reserveren online. |

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst; de receptionist liep mee naar de kamer en gaf uitleg. Gratis parkeren naast het hotel. Gemoedelijke sfeer in een niet meer zo heel nieuw hotel. |

A vrai dire, je cherche, mais je n'ai rien aimé de particulier dans cet hotel.Tout était quelconque sans lien avec la prestation attendu d'un 4 étoiles. Le service du restaurant.L'impression de saleté, et la déco style tables et chaises de camping pour la terrasse du restaurant.Le buffet du petit déjeuner équivalent à celui d'un 2 étoiles. |

Wellnessbereich Auch bei einer Uebernachtung sollte zumindest 1 Flasche Wasser und ein Früchteteller im Zimmer sein. Es handelt sich hier ja um ein 4*Hotel!! Bademantel war vorhanden aber keine Pantoffeln! |

L'accueil convivial et familial ;la véritable envie de l'hôtelier pour que tout se passe bien chez lui et vous donner envie de revenir (ce que nous ferons!)la souplesse dans les horaires(nous avons pu libérer la chambre à 14h00 !! );le confort de la chambre et la pléthore de serviettes de bain;la piscine et tous les équipements (sauna ,hammam,...),petit déjeuner et gentillesse de tout le personnel |
