I had the greatest time while staying at TOP CountryLine Hotel Ritter. I chose it because of the price, but ended up loving so much that whenever I go back to the area I will stay there. Amazing thermal baths and amazing staff and service. The food is excellent. Can't go wrong..

Staff very professional and ready to help the customers. Location is also good. Room and services are in line with what has been paid. I would reccomend it if you would like to visit the black foreast as well as the ch location in the nearby. Having the spa in the hotel is also a plus.

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, schöner, sauberer Wellnessbereich, gutes Essen An der Rezeption steht ein grosses Schweinchen für Trinkgelder mit der Aufschrift: gesamtes Personal. Nachdem wir dieses mit einem doch anständigen Trinkgeld "gefüttert" hatten (wir waren ja schließlich rund um und im speziellen mit Speiseservice und Küche sehr zufrieden), haben wir erfahren, dass dies nicht für das gesamte Personal des Hotels, sondern für die Rezeption gedacht ist. Dies hat uns doch sehr befremdet und enttäuscht. Liebe Gäste, achtung wenn ihr jemandem Bestimmten etwas zukommen lassen wollt: Im Speisesaal steht auch ein Schweinchen, nur diskreter und weniger sichtbar, aber dieses Geld kommt auch dem Service zugute!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, helles großes Zimmer mit einem großen Balkon. Der Wellness-Bereich war mit dem innen liegenden Pool, dem Dampfbad und anderen "netten Sachen" sowie der Innen- und Außensauna mit Außenbereich ausreichend. Das Frühstück hatte alles was uns wichtig war. Der Parkplatz vom Hotel war auch sehr praktisch durch die Lager des Zimmers und den in unserem Fall kurzen Weg.

Essen, Ruhe, Ambiente. Leider haben wir keine Zeit die Wllnessanlage z probieren, sieht von aussen aber hübsch aus. Trotz Angaben auf der Homepage wurden nicht alle angegebenen Kreditkarten akzeptiert - in unserem Falle Amexco.

Bon hôtel , propre , belle chambre spacieuse, fonctionnel , salle de bain bien Equipé , Spa très bien , eau bien chaude ! Petit déjeuner un rêve ! On c'est régalé ! Un choix de tout ! ,ça compense le dîner de la veille ou vraiment on est sortis de table en ayant encore fain ! à l 'arrivé un peut d'attente (arrivé à 16 h) personnel bien sans plus Ne parlant pas français et ne fesant aucun effort pour nous aider ! Pas d'infos !Le soir au repas bien reçu ,exellent mais pas assez manger ! Dessert ? Deux au choix ! ! Pas plus ! ! On n'en a pas pris !

Très bonne localisation, tout est à proximité (commerce, Thermes, espaces verts,...) Chambre spacieuse et propre avec balcon donnant sur le parc. Accès directe au spa de l'hôtel. Chambre un peu vieillotte. Pas de claquettes ou chaussons pour se rendre au spa (mais peignoir fourni) donc soit vous y allez pieds nus, soit en chaussure!) Personnel parlant un peu l'anglais (mais pas tous), tv avec uniquement des chaînes allemandes (hormis cnn) ce qui est un comble pour un Hôtel 4* "International".

Das der Wellnessbereich im Hotel ist und man nicht in die öffentlichen Thermen muss. Leider hat das Hotel seine besten Tagen hinter sich. Ausstattung, nicht mehr ganz sauberer Teppich, an einigen Stellen hat es grosse Abnutzungserscheinungen, Mobiliar auch recht abgenutzt.
