Located close to the S-Bahn and only a few stops from downtown. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. A very good value.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer schlicht, aber ordentlich. Das Bad angenehm sauber. Nur die Reinigung des Hotelmobiliars hätte gründlicher erfolgen können. Klebe-Flecken von Flaschen der Vorgänger müssen nicht sein. Ansonsten, nah an Stuttgart, sehr ruhig, besonders nachts. Aber mitten im Industriegebiet, eine Aussicht auf Autoparkplätze ist etwas langweilig. Frühstück ordentlich und in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Für uns mehr aus ausreichend. Die Reinigung des Hotelmobiliars hätte gründlicher erfolgen können. Klebe-Flecken von Flaschen der Vorgänger müssen nicht sein.

Die Lage ist sehr negativ zu beurteilen - Industriegebiet ! Die Zimmer sind auch nicht gerade ansprechend, Minibar war mit ganzen 3 Getränken augestattet.

Für meine Zwecke ist die Lage einmalig. Ansonsten aber auch gut für einen Stadttrip gut. Es geht zwanglos zu und man fühlt sich in keiner Weise eingeengt und erdrückt. Beschwerden gibt es meinerseits überhaupt nicht. Bis jetzt und ich war schon wiederholt in ihrem Haus in Fellbach. Es ist zudem schön wie ich die Entwicklung sehen konnte der Veränderungen was das Ambiente anbelangt.

Das Personal war wirklich toll. Sehr nett und überaus hilfsbereit. Auch der durchaus leckere Kaffee beim Frühstück sollte erwähnt sein. Und das frischgemachte Rührei war immer ein absoluter Traum. Schade, daß die großen Balkone nicht besonders gepflegt sind. Etwas Moos entfernen und ein paar Stühle und Tische raus, dann könnte mich sich Abends schön raussetzen. Auch die Teppiche finde ich nicht besonders hygienisch, aber das ist wohl eher eine persönliche Angelegenheit. Das Frühstücksbuffet fand ich persönlich etwas spärlich und das mehr als reife Obst sollte man doch eher nicht mehr dazu stellen...sieht nicht besonders lecker aus.
