Whatever you would require you find it in the hotel. If you come with a car your navigator will bring you to a little bit different place if you enter the address from the booking copy.

Excellent quiet location with an amazing view on Constance lake. Thermalbad is close by just across the park. The room has outstanding design. Breakfast delicious.

Location of the hotel is great, just on the lake promanade. Would have liked to have a massage at 8 or 9pm in the evening, but the staff is not prepared for this. Last massage is from 6 pm to 7pm. Also rooms are great, but room 308 is directly facing the house opposite so you do not feel comfortable leaving the curtins open. Ask for a different room.

The hotel design is very nice and modern. Rooms are in excellent condition. An absolute delighted is an open swimming pool and sun deck on the roof, overlooking the lake. Their breakfast is also one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. The stuff / quality of service in the restaurant is not necessary up to the 5 stars standard.

The hotel was modern yet warm and cosy. The rooms were a good size. The service was warm and friendly as it should be. The view was lovely. I love swimming but the pool was a few degrees too cool to enjoy swimming outdoors in March. Perhaps they should enclose the pool so that more use is got out of it in the winter months. Lovely setting though.

Отель оставил самые лучшие впечатления. Он расположен в одном из красивейших мест этог красивого города: на набережной Боденского озера в пешеходной зоне в тихом , уютном районе. Понравилось абсолютно все: светлый достаточно просторный номер с отличной мебелью и сантехниой, с прекрасным вид на озеро, ресторан с отличной кухней и обслуживанием и необыкновенно отзывчивый, предупредительный персонал. Очень хотелось бы еще раз останоиться в этом городе и неприменно в этом же отеле.

Von unten bezeichneter Ausnahme abgesehen, war ich sehr zufrieden: Schöne Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, stilvolle Zimmer, vorzügliches Frühstück, kostenloses tägliches Auffüllen der Minibar – gemessen am hohen Standard ein durchweg akzeptabler Zimmerpreis... . Leider eines der (wenigen) Zimmer nach hinten gebucht – der Blick auf einen (wg. Rollsplits o.ä.) zudem sehr lauten Parkplatz direkt unter dem Zimmer passt nicht zu einem 5-Sterne-Hotel.

Angenehmes, bequemes Ambiente, Freundliches, kompetentes Personal, geschmackvolle, moderne Zimmergestaltung, gehobenes Ambiente bei Restaurant und Service, ruhige Lage, Seeblick, einige Schritte zum Seeufer. Garagenplatz wäre noch ausbaufähig.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, feines Essen. Leider war das Gourmet-Restaurant geschlossen. Es ärgerte mich, dass ich mit meinem Mann nicht zeitgleich eine Massage buchen konnte. Auch war es ungewöhnlich für mich, dass ich auf meine Buchung per Internet keine Antwort erhielt. Ich schrieb zusätzlich ein Mail und es kam wieder keine Antwort. Ich musste anrufen und hatte überhaupt nicht den Eindruck, dass das Personal telefonisch kundenorientiert war.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr angenehme Athmosphäre sowie sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/- innen. Das Frühstück war einfach nur fabelhaft!! Riese Auswahl und sehr frisch. Wurde bis zum Schluss immer wieder aufgefüllt.
