Best hotel in Konstanz. Hotel located on the lake with walking path to the downtown area. True 5-star hotel with great breakfast, internet, and parking on the property.

Wonderful hotel. Nothing to claim. Nice view to the Alpes, staff very polite giving you all informations you need. Room and bathfroom big and very comfortable.Internet fast and free, parking free also. Heating pool indoors and sauna. We had a fantastic dinner at Marée, the restaurant inside the hotel. You have to go up the castle (is not allowed visiting the castle inside) the views from the hills behind the castle are wonderful. It´s worth to take a small train at Vaduz downtown for a tour in the city.

Location of the hotel is great, just on the lake promanade. Would have liked to have a massage at 8 or 9pm in the evening, but the staff is not prepared for this. Last massage is from 6 pm to 7pm. Also rooms are great, but room 308 is directly facing the house opposite so you do not feel comfortable leaving the curtins open. Ask for a different room.

Den fantastiska swimmingpoolen på taket med 28-gradigt vatten. Öl, vin och vatten ingår i priset och fylls på varje dag i kylskåpet. Omöjligt att ändra bokningen till annat datum om man råkat göra fel vid bokningstillfället. Och det kostar!

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die tolle und ruhige Lage am See, der geheizte Pool mit Gartenanlage auf dem Dach und die grosszügigen Zimmer. Toll auch die Architektur des neuen Teils des Hotels. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und das Essen hervorragend. Einziger Minuspunkt, wenn überhaupt erwähnenswert: unsere Beauty Termine klappten nicht optimal.

Sehr sehr schönes Hotel. Tolles Frühstück mit allen denkbaren Köstlichkeiten; frisch selbstverständlich. Sehr saubere Zimmer, Ausstattung vom Feinsten. Mitarbeiter im Essens- sowie Barservice wirkten für ein 5*s- Hotel etwas träge und mit 5 Tischen beim Frühstück leicht überfordert. An der Bar haben wir zu späterer Stunde auch noch organisatorische Schwächen der Hotelleitung mitgeteilt bekommen,was ebenfalls in einem so feudal wirkenden Hotel nichts verloren hat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und wir werden das riva mit Sicherheit desöfteren bereisen.

Das Seehotel Riva liegt wirklich direkt am See und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt Konstanz entfernt. Das Zimmer war großzügig bemessen, sehr gut aufgeteilt, gepflegt und in warmen Naturfarben eingerichtet. Service und Frühstücksauswahl verdienen ein besonderes Lob.

Просто шикарный отель, расположен на берегу озера, номера с боковым видом на озеро, огромная терраса, большой светлый номер, ванная, туалет отдельно, ну вообщем все превосходно, завтраки хорошие. Молодцы Туалет отдельно от ванной комнаты и нет гигиенического душа, пожалуй единственно неудобство.

Die Lage direkt an der Promenade ist perfekt. Alles andere war auch zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Freundlichkeit des Personals , Zimmerausstattung und Sauberkeit, sowie das Frühstücksbuffet war alles sehr gut. Für einen Wochenendurlaub oder auch für länger ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.
