Hotel Rivoli  

Hotel was close to the train depot which facilitated our movement throughout Munich. The room was clean but a bit small to accommodate 3 adults. The included buffet breakfast was very good and added value to our stay.

The only down side was he smallish size of the room, however, given the limited time we actually spent in it, it worked out quit well for us during three nights we stayed there.

It was near of the Harras U-Bahn station and it was very easy parking car in front of the Hotel. The breakfast was acceptable, but not at all luxurious. There is another Hotel close of this, with the same name and better (four stars). No doubt, our great mistake was have not chosen the "twin" hotel. The staff were correct.

The list is veeeeeeery long: first, the general impresion is very nasty. We have booked a triple room, and the third bed was broken. The recepcionist gave us another single room that was gave too to another customer. They entered in the room at midnight when one of us was sleeping!!! The beds were not comfortable, the badrooms have many disgusting details and the furniture is very tatty.The breakfast hall is very small, and the breakfast was not so variated as we tought. There is only one and small elevator in the hotel. At second day, the recepcionist gave us another triple room, and the lighting system was imposible to understand. The "mini-bar" was out of service and inundated. We have seen better hotels with less stars.

Location is very ideal and good. Just near to train station. No problem for early check in.Value for money as the price is inclusive of breakfast and the breakfast is good. The room is clean and with fan provided (very much needed when the weather during our stay was hot). The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

The staff was polite, the location is great - very close to the metro station, the breakfast was good - plenty to choose from.

Thw whole Staff were very nice People.

The Internet on the rooms was not free.

It's located in a quite comfortable location to reach the city center (only 6 stops away from the city centre). Breakfast is good and presents a good choice. Alla in all, for our pourpose, the hotel was good.

The bath tub didn't work, not only the whirpool, but the tub itself, we couldn't close the seal so it wasn't possible to have a bath. The room was very big, but not very taken care of. It just doesn't keep up with the standards of a 4 star hotel.

I booked a room for three people..and the third bed was just a pullout...which isn't ideal for a weeks stay

Nice hotel with competetive rates for the area. We really wanted to stay in the Harras area. Nice to have breakfast included in the hotel rate. Easy connections with mass transit: U-bahn & S-bahn.

We had 2 rooms. My room was on the courtside of the hotel and was very quiet, even with the window open. The other room was on the street side, and they complained about the traffic noise, as they also like to have the window open.
