Great location as it is near u and Bahn stations and breakfast was good. Ongoing construction but not a big deal since we were out of the rooms pretty early. I could not get an internet connection and had to go to Rivoli's sister hotel to get access. It would have been nice if the hotel had sound proof windows and an air conditioning system. |

It is very close to Harras s-bahn station so it is practical to tour Munich. Breakfast was great with many things (ham, cheese, sausages, nuts, cereal, juices, milk, break, etc.). |

The gentleman on reception was very helpful. Breakfast were buffet style including some hot food and was a good start to the day. Location was about 200 metres from a subway station and only 15 minutes to the city centre. We stayed in an apartment as we thought this would give us more room. The apartments were next door to the hotel. The room was tired and shabby and not that large. The lighting in the corridor from the lift to the door was non existent although this was fixed promptly. We have stayed in better and cheaper hotels. |

Nothing special... The rooms and WC are too dark. Not possible to see if they are clean or not... |

Close to the metro, it was easy to get to the city center and sites outside the center as well. They were doing some construction work on the rooms and 7:00 AM on a Friday morning was a bit early to start with the power tools. |

The hotel room was small but very nice. Hotel staff were helpful, breakfast was very nice, and location was pretty good-a very short walk from U and S trains. |

Good location close to metro and s-bahn, Breakfast quite good, free internet, nice bathroom Service and cleaning should be improved. bed sheets not changed for 4 days, carpets not vacumed. room a bit small and dark. very small lift. full payment made in advance and when checking out the night receptionist said first we did not pay, after checking again and again he did not even apologize for his mistake - this was not a nice way to end our stay ! |

Right next to U-Bahn station (U6). Clean rooms with sufficient space. Friendly staff. Nice decoration. Quality breakfast. Sufficient & reasonably priced mini bar. Some towels were rather worn. |

At arrival to hotel Rivoli it turned out, that the worker of hotel has booked another hotel. We long found out why so has occured. As a result to us have told, that we do not have money, we were got nasty and have not apologized for it. Though we have paid all. The breakfast was poor. Coffee for a breakfast have been diluted by water, so as soap in the bathroom. To respect with the clients, to not be rude to clients, to apologize if it it is required, to be well informed about that occurs in rooms. |

Unfortunately I can't tell nothing good. This hotel really disappoind us. Room was very dirty and dark. Each day at 8 A.M. workers have start drilling in the same floor where we live. In one early morning someone of workers try to open our door. Staff is amateurish - 1) they nohow can't to find our reservation and suggest me go to another hotel... |

the man that was at the reception desk was very helpfull and friendly. He noticed that the room we had booked was not convenient at all (3 beds, we were 4, my wife and my 2 kids, no kingsize bed), he gave us another room, much bigger with one kingsized bed and 2 beds. Very kind of him. The location of the hotel is nice, close to the U and S bahn. The rooms on the streets are not noisy anymore. the rooms are very small and not cleaned. If you are a familly with kids be aware of this: 3 beds= 3 single beds (very small), and not 1 kingsizebed+ 2 single beds. My 2 kids (3 and 6) just could't sleep together in one....the main problem I think is the cleaningness of the rooms (you could see the dust on the table..) |

The staff was helpfull, the check-in-form was prefilled. We two men (collegues) could divide the double bed because it was in fact two single bed. The room is not a shining new one but clean. In the morning at 8:10 with terrible noise was started the reconstruction of the 3th floor below us. We were not notified about that in advance. The minibar was almost empty, there were only two bottles of beer, standing in some water. (No problem for me, I use minibars only to keep my own things cool in the summer, but not a nice look.) |

The breakfast was very good and always well stocked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's close proximity to the public transportation was a huge plus. We had asked for a room with three beds. Upon arrival we learned that the 3rd bed was a fold out cot which was not very comfortable. During our stay construction was underway on the hotel and every morning at 8:00 a.m. the workers began hammering and drilling. |
