Hotel Rivoli  

Disappointment, unacceptable, and deception. I closed through booking, and while pointing to photographs and descriptions of an apartment with 38m ², with kitchen, refrigerator, air contition and other amenities in a very satisfactory price, the final was the pictures from the nearby hotel with a similar name. Offered me a room approximately 16 m with a double bed and without any provision of as many promise. Complained about the unacceptable policy and offered me a little more bigger. Insisted that was not what they were promised in the net, and they said that they offered me a supposedly "better" room and no apartment as promised were available and would not be in throughout my stay. Eventually the noise and threats offered me a suite for a small financial charge. It is shocking to closed room and discovering that it does not correspond to the description, and they say that I have to go through with a smaller for the same price, otherwise you cancel the reservation without charge. I was in a foreign country with scheduled appointments, and although I havent a certainly room as I was thought. Note very well, I fear that this tactic is stable and if anyone does not react should be compromised in a smaller room, and without promising descriptions.

A good hotel offering the basic amenities. The price is a bit on the steep side for the offerings but it's a nice place overall and the staff are helpful.

Very good position (less than 100mt from S-Bahn), the staff was very kind, clean rooms, breakfast included and the parking fee is 5€/night. The last two are important since many other hotels do not offer them or make them pay a lot.

Nothing really important. But since my credit card didn't work with their card reader you should have cash when you check-out.

The staff are very friendly and cooperative,especially ms.Michella and Mr. Thomas. they speak English well. the breakfast is very rich buffet,with wide variety. the location is 2 minutes walk to public transport

We actually stayed at an apartment - Had a few essential items there (plates, cups, cutlery) - The kitchen had a hob, and after shopping to cook something for dinner - But there was nothing we could use on the hob, no pan, no frying pan etc It would be a good idea if anybody is going to stay here, to purchase., washing up liquid, dish clothes, shower gel etc - Because everything was empty.

Many thanks for a great time. Breakfasts were first class and prepared us both for the coming day. Both quality and quantity of the food was great. Location was as good as it gets with connection to the U-bahn and S-bahn within approx. 50 metres. We could recommend this hotel to anyone.

We twice enjoyed an upgrade to Ambience Rivoli - both enjoyable stays. Liked tea facilities in reception. Very good breakfast with pleasant view to rear. Friendly staff. In all 2 pleasant and convenient stays. Comfy beds and good bathroom facilities.

Front room 455 was very noisy from road - a major problem for this location -and the blind did not work . Rear room 122 was quiet and comfy, but safe did not work and the air con was very noisy when it came on suddenly without us wanting it! Getting a little faded.

Hard to separate the offers from higher class partner hotel next door

Thw whole Staff were very nice People.

The Internet on the rooms was not free.
