They gave me a very nice suite for the price of double room...! Always a bonus...!! no restaurant I arrived 21:30 and nothing to eat but they directed me to the restaurant next door so not a problem, in the morning a very nice breakfast room.

Das Haus wurde komplett renoviert, ich was früher schon dort, und die Bäder und Teppiche sind neu und modern gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist ausreichend bestückt und für den Preis akzeptabel. Alles in allem empfehlenswert für eine Stadtbesichtigung oder Dienstreise, da die Ausgangslage zur Innenstadt sehr gut ist. Leider hatte ich Pech mit meinem Zimmermädchen. Haare im Bad, der Schlafanzug wurde einfach neben das Kissen geknäult und auch ansonsten war sie echt faul. Staub lag auf dem TV und auf dem Nachttisch. Ich denke jedoch das ist ein Einzelereignis und wird von der Geschäftsführung schnell abgestellt werden.

Het ontbijt was heel goed. Het was erg warm op de kamer. Vond de kamer niet echt gezellig. Wij waren op doorreis dus wat dat betreft voldeed hij aardig. De omgeving van het hotel was ook niet echt gezellig. Zou dit hotel niet aanraden voor bezoekers van Heilbron.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal; bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Flur), die noch renoviert werden müssen, sehr schönes und stylisches Ambiente; trotz zentraler Lage an einer verkehrsstarken Straße sehr ruhig bei schalldicht geschlossenen Fenstern; schöner Wellnessbereich und sehr gut ausgestatteter Finessraum; tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück; wenn wir wieder in Heilbronn übernachten müssen, werden wir uns nach einem anderen Hotel gar nicht umsehen sondern immer wieder das Götz Plaza buchen Die Außenfassade ist weniger schön, da dieser anzusehen ist, dass das Hotel doch schon etwas älter ist. Dies stört aber ganz und gar nicht, da innen das Hotel so gut wie komplett (bis auf die Flure) renoviert ist und einfach sehr schön gestaltet ist

Freundliches Personal am Empfang. Gutes Bett mit sehr guter Matratze. Den gesamten Stil des Hauses empfand ich als sehr ungemütlich und äußerst uncharmant. Die Lobby stellt sich als ein kahler Raum mit drei kleinen Esstischen dar, statt einer Bar kann man sich Getränke aus einem Kühlschrank nehmen. Der Flur war schmuddelig, Leitungen und Kabel hingen aus der Decke und den Wänden. Der Lift erinnert mehr an einen Lastenaufzug. Für denselben Preis gibt es in Heilbronn wesentlich bessere Häuser.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, gute Betten, moderne Möbel, sehr umfangreiches und preiswertes Frühstücksbüffet, gute Lage zur Innenstadt, ruhig. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für unsere Bedürfnisse (Familienbesuch) jederzeit gerne wieder! Sehr neutral gehalten, kein persönliches Wort im Zimmer (z.B. Info über Frühstückszeiten, Saunabenutzung, Service, Minibar etc.). Zum Schluss entdeckten wir in der Minibar eine Flasche Teinacher - war die für uns gratis gedacht oder wie??. Gerade Menschen, die beruflich unterwegs sind, würden sich ein paar herzliche Gesten oder Worte sicher besonders wünschen. Daran wäre noch unbedingt zu arbeiten!!
