Beautifully designed, well-made hotel. Delightful, caring staff. Fabulous location overlooking Bebeplatz. Superb breakfasts. What more could I say? A little pricey.

The front desk service was excellent There was some confusion about what was continental breakfast and what was not initially but this was eventually cleared up by a very friendly male in charge.

Once we changed to the 2nd floor which is part of the historic building, the junior suite room was gorgeous with a view out over the Bebelplatz. The staff could not have been more polite or friendly. The concierge service was fantastic and we used them a lot. The doormen were adorable and super-helpful. The location was central and beautiful. The bikes were a great way to see Berlin. The food in the restuarnat was really really good. The decor was fabulous - much better than the Adlon. Our stay at the Hotel de Rome could not have been better. You could hear the noise of the cafe entertainment (we were in Rm 209). You could sleeop over it but it was audible.

Good location. Clearness. Spacy rooms. Very expencive breakfasts. Unqualified staff. Three reception managers gave me three different answers to my question how much and why so much money was blocked on my credit card. The most exciting story was that money blocking was made only for my special comfort. He told if I ordered massage and/or something expensive, I was able to pay for them. They thought I had no a head on my shoulders and any brakes spending money and asking for massage and luxury goods and they saved my money for me in order not to allow me to become bankrupt. Touching care. Thank them.

This is a wonderful hotel. I've stayed at a lot of luxury hotels and this is one of the best. It looks fabulous, but this is not the reason why it's great - the staff. What service! I don't ask for much, but they suggested things without being in anyway intrusive. They were just truly helpful. The concierge desk is a delight! The location of the hotel is great too, just near the great museums and also near some good shopping and great bars and restaurants. I liked it so much, I'm going back again in a few weeks.

Wir können wirklich nur überall "sehr gut" schreiben - schon der Empfang - unser Zug war bereits um 10 Uhr in Berlin - war hervorragend. Trotz früher Ankunft war nach einer Einladung zum Kaffee in der Bar das Zimmer um 10.30 Uhr fertig (noch dazu mit einem Upgrate) und wir konnten ab Mittag mit unseren Museumsbesuchen beginnen. Zwei Tage bester "Rundumversorgung"! Wir haben vor zwei Jahren im Hotel Hochzeit gefeiert - und kommen gern wieder! Danke an das gesamtes Personal!

Da das hotel ausgebucht war wurde das frühstücksbuffet auch im ballsaal angeboten. Der service dort war diesem hotel überhaupt nicht angemessen!! Ich habe mich erst sehr geärgert, wurde aber durch die sylvesternacht auf der hotel-terrasse entschädigt. bis auf das frühstücksdesaster war alles wieder sehr angenehm + wir kommen wieder !!

Sehr schönes Interieur. Personal sehr freundlich. Auf einen Platz zum Frühstücken mussten wir warten, da keine Sitzgelegenheit frei war. Die Auswahl am Buffet war für den Preis zu gering.

Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des gesamten Personals war wirklich sehr gut, man bemühte sich um alle geäußerten Punkte intensiv. Das von uns bewohnte Zimmer hatte durch die Außenanstrahlung des Hotels einen zwar schmalen aber intensiven Lichteinfall, der für mich sehr störend war und auch nicht durch die Vorhänge abgehalten wurde.

Das Frühstück, ging auch über die Zeit hinaus. Die Freundlichkeit der ma. Das 24 Stunden Internetnutzung 20,00 € kosten. Bei den übernachtungspreisen eine Unverschämtheit. Ich habe das an der Rezeption bemerkt und werde das Hotel aus diesem Grund nicht mehr nutzen.

Dit hotel is het prettigste 5 sterrenhotel in Berlijn .Klassenbeter dan Regent of Ritz Carlton (Dit hotel is een ramp,zo sterielen muffig). Je voelt je er door de gesloten voordeur echt thuis weg van huis. Het ontbijt is een van de uitgebreidste en beste ter wereld. je voelt je gewoon goed hier ,wanneer je luxe en comfort en sfeer wilt.

La décoration, le décor, les services, l'extrême amabilité, l'accueil, le bar et son piano et ses chanteurs, l'emplacement géographique, les petits déjeuners et les cocktails, l'ambiance le soir... la piscine, les friandises de Noël dans la chambre Exceptionnel Vivement que les travaux sur la place soient terminés pour la vue!

C'est un hotel de prestige très bien situé avec des chambres spatieuses et confortables; salle-de-bain luxueuses... Service pas toujours au top: les verres utilisés dans la chambre n'ont pas été remplacés!
