το οτι το ξενοδοχειο ηταν 5 αστερων !!!!!!!!! η περιοχη που ηταν λιγο μακρια με τα ποδια απο το ιστορικο κεντρο

Amazing spacious rooms and bathrooms, very friendly staff,nice location. Need more options for in-dining menu.no coffee and tea facilities in the rooms.

Attentive, solution-focused Concierge- Service. Excellent shower, bath and bathroom design. Lighting good. Bed and Linen superb. Nice mini- platter of chocolates and fruit every evening. Reliable room-service, professional housekeeping. Breakfast choice good. Fruit very fresh. However, it was not possible to plug own hairstyling device into bathroom electrical socket, as the voltage was for shavers only. No other place with mirror in room, to style hair with own device. Room chilly at night. Thermostat did not respond quickly or adequately. Hotel's own hairdrier too basic ( at 1000 w) and has no nozzle. Restaurant unimaginative. Grilled fish ( 'Steinbutt') portion too small and , overcooked and dry. Caesar Salad a mushy disaster of shredded lettuce drenched in sweetish cocktail-mayonnaise. Chef , pls note: Waldorf Astoria Hotel, ny, for authentic recipe ! Not enough floral displays in hotel. Restaurant draughty at night. Piano-bar music audible in restaurant.Continental breakfast overpriced at Euros 30.00.

This was our second time staying at The Charles and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Great place to stay, great location to take in the Christmas markets and shopping. Staff was attentive and overall a delightful experience and we look forward to our next trip to Munich. The only negative thing I could say was not to bother with the breakfast buffet as in my opinion there is not a breakfast on earth that is worth $90.00 for two people for eggs, rolls and the typical breakfast buffet you would find at any hotel. There are plenty of places to eat a nice breakfast within walking distance for much much less.

The speedy response to an unforgivable error. See below I was assured by reception, on my arrival, that I had been allocated a non smoking room. Wrong. When I opened the door to my room (426) I was hit by a wall of cigarette smoke/smell which permeated every corner of the room. Either your reception had given me an incorrect room, or your housekeeping staff are not up to their job, or somebody had been using the room just prior to my arrival as a "smoking den". At 23.30 it was the last thing I needed after a long tiring day. Fortunately your reception responded speedily and courteously . I wonder what would have happened had the hotel been fully booked that night. I look forward to hearing how such a situation could have arisen. A.G. McClellan

Good quality large bedroom and spacious bathroom. Staff very helpfull. Restaurant was expensive with only a small choice, although good quallity. Badly behaved and noisy children in the restaurant. WiFi was costly at 10 Euros/hour

I loved the location of the hotel as well as the size of the rooms which were quite luxurious and extremely quiet. The design of the hotel was also very good I feel that WI-FI should be free. I refused to pay opting to choose an Internet cafe near by

A true 5-star experience. The staff is excellent. The accomodation is perfect as well. The bar and wifi are very expensive. If you choose not to use them you have excellent value for money. There is a nice restaurant (biergarten) just a few hundred meters away that the staff does not tell you about.

Gorgeous hotel, with rooms you're happy to return to and spend time in. Expensive Internet with unreliable connection, I.E., server vanishes for about one third of the time for no apparent reason. On the plus side, front desk did add an extra complimentary 24 hours.

I stayed in Rocco Forte with my two sisters we visit a european city each winter. We liked the location of the hotel. The staff were very professional, especially Yens and his assistant. Everything about this hotel is wonderful we would highly recommend it. The only drawback was no free wifi. In Ireland access to internet is free in all hotels.

At the beginning I was worry about the luxury of this hotel, so I booked just 3 nights, once I saw my room I extended my stay to be 6 nights, after the second day and noticed their value services I canceled my booking in Sofitel hotel and extended my stay to be 12 nights. I realy like this hotel and recommended it to anyone.

The bathroom's floor heating is very nice. From bedroom's window we can see Frauenkirche und St.Perer's two towers, nice view. The location s very convenient, near train station and near downtown. Internet's speed is very fast, but have to pay UR20/day, even the room charge is expensive already.

Good location. The floor of toilet room had many dirty spot. I don't know whether it was a problem of tiles itself or problem of cleaning, but it was uncomfortable.
