The hotel is just 2 years old - and you can see it. Rooms are very clean with a very nice furnishing, modern bathroom facilities. The hotel is just 10 min walk from the main city attractions. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. There is no wi-fi internet connection in rooms available. W-lan connection which was declared as "high-speed" wasn't that indeed. Moreover the security settings on the net-connection did not allow to open correctly such websites as Hotmail, Facebook or even Tripadvisor. And all this for 10 EURO per hour (you can log on just once) or 20 EURO per 24 hours! |

This hotel has the best service ever! The staff are friendly, helpfull and you can just sence the very positive atmosphere among the staff. The room was spacious and very luxurious. We ordered a Club Sandwich at the hotel bar and it was the best I'd ever had. Nothing but positive things about this hotel. I will def. go there again! |

We came back to the hotel after a trip outside at 16:00 and they hadn't cleaned the room yet, we had to wait 10 mins for the room to be cleaned |

All the stuff of the hotel was very kind, helpful and friendly. The quality and the variety of the breakfast are amazing. The hotel is very close to the center of the city. The rooms are very well decorated, large and luxurious. |

Alle Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels setzen alles daran, dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Als Gast hat man den Eindruck, dass alle Mitarbeiter ihren Job lieben. Die offiziellen Zimmerpreise sind ziemlich hoch |
