We came back to the hotel after a trip outside at 16:00 and they hadn't cleaned the room yet, we had to wait 10 mins for the room to be cleaned |

All the stuff of the hotel was very kind, helpful and friendly. The quality and the variety of the breakfast are amazing. The hotel is very close to the center of the city. The rooms are very well decorated, large and luxurious. |

先ず、チェックインの際に熱いおしぼりが出て来たのには驚きました。中央駅から徒歩で３~4分と近いにも拘- わらず、あまり風紀の良くない地域とは逆の方向で公園・高級マンションのある一帯なので、静かで環境の良い- 事です。各部署の従業員も全員笑顔で対応しており、真に気持ちが良かったです。朝食も、種類も多く、味も大- 変美味しかったです。 残念ながら、ロビーとラウンジ・バーが狭かったこと位です。 |

Замечательный отель. Спасибо. У моей жены был день рождение, и было очень обидно, что такой замечательный отель ни как не отреагировал и не поздравил мою супругу, проживающую со мной в отеле (на неё был оформлен номер). Обычно отели такого уровня поздравляют своих проживающих. |

市の中心ながら閑静な環境。設備は最新で清潔。従業員の態度もよい。価格は高いが、それだけの価値はある。- 一般の日本の旅行案内書に紹介されていないのが不思議。 幸いキャンセルはしなかったが、キャンセル大がCheck-in予定日のら14日前から適用というのは他のホテルに比べ厳しすぎる。 朝食は品質高く、ヴォリュームも十分なるも、いまいちヴァライティーが増えてもよいのではないか？ |
