Staff was most helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The concierge offered a discount on parking at a nearby garage, but we had already parked at the city garage by then. Parking directions on your website might help travellers make better choices. |

The breakfast was very good. Close to everything in downtown Nuernberg. The 2 bedroom apartment was a very good price for a family of 6 It is a little dated in decor, but really not bad. We loved finding this place for a weekend trip! |

Friendly, multi-lingual staff; clean bright room. Nice breakfast layout. Great location for walking around Nürnberg, although that could be said of any place within the old town walls. Bed was hard. Recommend to travelers to request a room not facing the street, which is very noisy all night long. |

The hotel served our needs, and was quite comfortable with good value. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. This hotel has the old European charm and is not a luxurious hotel like the Hilton etc. We felt very comfortable at this hotel. Wireless internet is free, although I could only get a good connection in the lobby/breakfast area. Would definitely stay here again. Updated hair dryer, which is really being picky |

The hotel was in an excellent location for visiting the Christmas Markets and the shops. It was very quaint and exceptionally clean but the thing that made our trip was the friendliness of the staff. Whilst everyone we met were lovely, Ines, at Reception, deserves special recognition for her helpfulness and cheery smile. She is an asset to the hotel. |

Friendliness and efficiency of staff. Went out of the way to be helpful in booking tickets for us for the opera. Hotel is situated in old part of city in a beautiful location and is a very interesting, historical old building. |
