The location was perfect and the staff very friendly. The atmosfare of the hotel was very friendly and comfortable. You felt at home. Not your standard cube that looked like all the other rooms, as a hotel usually looks. The comfort of the bed madrass. |

Close to the centre, cosy, small traditional hotel, not far from airport. Made sure that a room was available for my little nephew as we arrived early, before check in which was great. |

Location to the city center, friendlieness of the staff, spaciousness of the room, and the breakfast selection was extraordinary. The breakfast, while outstanding and delicious, was predictable. If we had to stay for longer than three days we would have tired of the breakfast. Sex Shop nearby and its' drunken clientele hanging around outside after midnight. It is possible to avoid the seedy part of town when entering or leaving the hotel, but it really casts a pall over an otherwise pleasant hotel location. |

The hotel was very clean, and very nicely decorated. There was a very wide selection available for breakfast, and the hotel has several amenities, including a fitness room, and a sauna. It was a very good quality for the price. |

I had an Anaesthesia exam in Erlangen so i spent four days at Nuremberg with my family. Hotel Am Josephsplatz is in the heart of Old Nuremberg which is the biggest pedestrian zone in EU. Hallmarks of the city are timber houses which are the mixture of 1000 year history and luxury shops.It is very chic. Hotel is just off romantic river Pegnitz. From here everything is in visinity; Church St.Lawrence, Historical hospital of Holy Spirit, famous Christmas Market and Albrecht Durer house. I dare to recommend this place for all kinds of visits to North Bavaria. |

Enjoyed the closeness to the old city and the convenience of the parking platz. The sign was small, we drove up/down the street 5 times before we saw it. We asked at a couple of shops and the workers did not know. Hard to find. |

The hotel was very close to the city square and castles. Very good area for shopping. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Parking was about 5 minutes of walking away which was fine for us. The hotel gave us a pass for parking so we could pack and unpack our luggage in front of the hotel doors. Also we received a parking rebate from the hotel to use at the parking garage. We got a family room at the hotel and it was quite nice and spacious for a family of 5. The lighting in room could of been a bit brighter. |

This was my second stay at this hotel....I like that I am in the middle of downtown nue....staff is friendly, breakfast is enorm...I had the same single bed room last summer, it is very small, but it's o.k for somebody that does not spend too much time in the room..also for a single person it is a very safe hotel to stay.... that this time the same room for about the the same price was non-ref.... |

Breakfast was good, location convenient to old town The image used to promote this hotel is misleading, i feel, the entrance to the hotel is down a corridor and up one flight of stairs. The hotel was not romantic or good value, the room was poor, the bed uncomfortable, the bathroom small and not well appointed. |

The hotel is located in the city center, and it's great for visiting the city.The room was incredibly large! Definitely worth the price we paid You have to park your car in a public parking nearby. You have to be very careful since the car places are very small and parking a big car might be tricky. Cost per day is around 12€. |
