On the web it said the aparment is for tree people maximum so we booked two rooms. When arrived they told us the apartment is for five. We had to pay for two rooms unnecessarily.

Was super clean direct in the centre very good personal. I would definetely book in this hotel again

A very good service. We had a wonderful dinner in Nurnberg thanks to a good piece of advice of one of the receptionists. It is realy a great choice for the modest money. Good breakfast.

Great small hotel near the heart of the old city. We stayed there for just one night - but what a night it was! By a pure coincidence, we visited Nuremberg on a 'Die Blaue Nacht', and our room provided a welcomed and quiet relief when we returned back to the hotel thereafter. The room and hotel itself had quite a romantic atmosphere, the room was clean and reasonably soundproof. Next morning, the breakfast buffet proved to be excellent as well! If you'll be parking on Adlerstrasse (as recommended by hotel), be sure to check two upper levels of the parking which provide nice view to the city.

The mattress was a bit on the soft side. You need to return your keys to the receptionist every time you leave the building.

The hotel is really well located in the Alts Stadt and near the Kaiserburg, in a walking distance everywhere you want to go. The room was spacious and the crew very friendly.

They could have better cradles than just those simple foldable ones.

Very easy to acces subway system, located in centeral shopping district. Bring good walking shoes. If coming from airport, take taxi from main subway station to Hotel, it will save time & frustration. Returning to airport, much easier, to take subway entire way. Central, friendly, quiet

Just located at the old city. It is very close to all historical places and shopping center. Make you feel comfortable. Staff are very warm and kind. Close to the underground station.

Rooms could be more comfortable and modern. Artificial flowers are not so modern. Elevator is very small.

Great location in the old city center; walking distance from the stores, plaza's, and sightseeing. Free WiFi and included breakfast add to this hotel's affordability. The rooms and service of staff make this one worthy of your stay.

If traveling with a car, there is no onsight parking. Plan to park in the ParkHaus about 500 meters down the street by the Esso gas station at 15.00EUR per day.

Very nice, delighful, old style hotel -- even romantic. Plus the room size was fairly large and comfortable for an older hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful . .. location excellent, and the right price for such a great proximity to the subway and the Xmas market. Very charming hotel -- I would stay there again.

The location was outstanding. We wanted to visit the Nuremberg Christmas markets and the hotel was within a few hundred meters. Our arrival was easy, with smooth check-in response. Room was large and comfortable. Amenities were rustic, more like a country inn, but functional. Breakfast was complete and plentiful and taken over linen tablecloths! Nice touch. With breakfast this was a good-value stay.

Fantastic location, friendly staff in a clean, tidy hotel that could comfortably accommodate a family of 5.

Our stay in an apartment suite was as good as last year in the same room.The suite is roomy and tastefully furnished with antiques, but with a modern bathroom. The romantic amdiance of this hotel as well as the close location to the Christmas Market is combines to make this our favourite hotel in Nurnberg.

It would be nice to have tea/coffe making facilities available in room.

I have absolutely no criticism to make. We have stayed at the Hotel Am Josephplatz before and will certainly do so again.

The girls who served breakfast were nice and polite. The room was very clean and fresh. The soft furnishings were pretty.

The room could be a bit warmer during the day. But at night it was fine. On the web site the room we booked was supposed to have painting on the ceiling and looked old. But our room did not look the same.
