Very friendly and helpful staff, and Lilo is fantastic! Nice breakfast and the rooms are great. Perfect location for visiting the town - very convenient. Very good if you are traveling with kids. This is the third time staying, and I will be back again. Everything was wonderful, it is a home away from home. |

Very good location within the walls of the city. Comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. Excellent breakfast with wide selection including scrambled eggs. Cute courtyard. Small room in a historic building. Set up of the room did not leave much room for large bags. |

Everything works well (as expected) and the atmosfere is quite and nice. It occurred small damages in my car caused by cats in the hotel parking place. |

Valuable, comfortable and enjoyable stay! Antiques everywhere displaying in the hotel. For a city person like me, it seemed to be a little museum. Food was good too! No fridge, no water or a glass for drinking. Don't know if there was anyone could help taking my luggage down the stairs for checkout. |

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very authentic and in a perfect position in wonderful Rothenburg. The staff bent over backwards to be accommodating and were extremely friendly. We had an amazing stay and will be back. |

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the very center of historical Rothenburg. Excellent breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and charming antique decor. Wish we could have stayed longer! |

What a beautiful and quaint hotel. The location in the town is superb and the staff was incredibly helpful in every way. This town is not to be missed when traveling to Germany and this hotel is without a doubt the way to go from location, ambience, price, service, the whole nine yards. Thank you! That I didn't have a second day to enjoy it longer............. |

This was the best hotel on our entire trip. The staff was extremely efficient, polite, and helpful. They responded inmmediately to our requests. We would defintiely stay again if we ever have the opportunity to return to Rothenburg (which we hope we can do). The location is great - quiet, but very close to the main square. The food was wonderful. A charming and unique experience. |
