the welcome of our dog: in our room was also a candy for our dog when we arrived - the breakfast was delicious, very very good - the staf was very friendly - cosy hotel pitty they don't serve gastronomic menus , then it would be perfect |

I thought the people (staff/owners) were really great and very friendly, they are always willing to help or answer questions. They also watch your needs at breakfast ie they notice if you have run out of coffee they are more than happy to get you some more they dont just sit you down and leave you. They were really nice people and the food was fantastic :o) I can't think of anything I didn't like as the rooms were great, although I got cold on one of the evenings when I went to bed, I think the dovet could be a little bigger on the beds, and the price is a little high, but that would in no means stop me from using this hotel again as over all I thought it was a great exerience :o) |

La tranquilidad, la amabilidad del personal, el buffet, la decoración y el buen gusto, el cuidado en sus jardines. Lo reservamos entre otras cosas porque tenia piscina cubierta. Pero no la pudimos usar porque según el personal estaba siendo revisada por algún técnico y no sabían cuando estaria disponible, aunque parecia que no interesaba que estuviese en uso. Así que nos quedamos con las ganas de darnos un baño reparador al final de cada uno de los dias que estuvimos en el hotel. |

uitmuntend ontbijt (met vele 'bio'-producten), zeer gevarieerd, met brede glimlach geserveerd. Zeer rustig gelegen hotelletje. Mooie natuurwandelingen te maken Heel moeilijk te vinden in wirwar van kleine straatjes tegen steile helling. Niet makkelijk Aken-centrum van hieruit te bereiken (zonder gps?) Geen airco (wel rolluiken die zon van ruiten weghoudt) |

Zowat alles, maar zeker de kleine attenties, zoals het tv boekje open op de juiste dag,de minibar was zeer gevarieerd, de poets dame was zeer vriendelijk,het meisje dat ons ontbijt bediende, en zeker niet vergeten mevrouw zelf. |
