Staff very friendly - even walked us to our room. Lovely sweet room, good location.

Twin bed instead of double bed, very strange pillows, shower doors very annoying. (Augsburg is boring...)

I like location, although it's not in the very center, staff is very friendly. If you missed a breakfast you will be offered to get something in your room for no extra charges.

Breakfast is very poor. There is only bioled eggs as hot dishes. Everyday is the same menu - it's very poor for a 4 star hotel. It would be perfect to add some enhancements in a breakfast such as fried bacon or sausages.

A formerl plain city hotel, tastefully redecorated with period antiques and modern amenities. Superb staff, perfect location.

No gym.

Found the staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was at the back and quiet. Had a really nice dinner in their restaurant, little more expensive than going out but worth it after long day. Also found the nicely decorated.

The room was very big and comfortable, and the bathroom too. The restaurant is cozy and the cuisine is very good. The hotel is just a few minutes walking from the Dom and the centre.

Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Parking 7€ per day at the hotel is available. Free WiFi. Excellent breakfast buffet. You can have supper at the hotel or in one of the neighbouring streets. As it is not far from the city center (max. 15 minutes by foot) it is very well situated.

We arrived at the peak of the 'heat season'. As there is no air-conditioning in the rooms, we had difficulties for getting a good sleep. This is the only negative point we are able to mention.

rooms at street side are quite noisy, due to the S-Bahn no airconditioning in the rooms

We can't say enough good things about the staff. The night clerk who checked us in went out of her way to make us welcome, and the lady at the desk during the day, Wollenhaupt Gerossman, I believe, went even far beyond that in helping us with the computer and finding our way on the maps. All of the staff were very kind and helpful.

とても可愛らしいホテルでした。部屋とバスルームが広く、清潔でした。朝食も種類豊富でおいしかったです。- スタッフは皆さんとてもフレンドリーでした。

Augsburgの駅からのアクセスが悪く、駅前が工事していた関係でトラムに乗るのに５分ほど歩きました- 。スーツケースを引きづりながらなので大変でした。帰りのタクシーは７ユーロであっという間に着きました。-

отель хороший но при оплате у меня сняли 3 раза по счету с карточки евро мне пришли смс из банка но в отели меня уверили что это нормально и деньги мне вернут на карточку -надеюсь и жду !!!!
