The hotel and it's staff were lovely. Our junior suite was unique especially the bed.

Good hotel which served the needs for an overnight stay. Staff were helpful also to assist in carrying the luggage upstairs since the place has got no lift. The property is keep in a very good shape. Location is also good between the main train station and the city center.

The friendliness of staff and the ambience were outstanding. The room was impeccable and nicely furnished, not what one is usually offered as a single room. The hotel is very individually and tastefully furnished, a delightful difference to the usual hotel standard. Lovely and fresh breakfast.

good breakfast, silent room, the stuff is very kind first I got a room which was obviously not prepared (used bed linen and towel, filled trashcan). The room which I got then was prepared - nonetheless the floor in the bath was dirty and some trash in the trashcan. If somebody of the stuff reads it: I don't want to know how stayed in the room nor why it is not prepared yet - I just want to get an brief excuse and another room!

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal sowie das ausgezeichnete Frühstücksbüffet mit großer Auswahl und Speisen in hervorragender Qualität (auch selbstgebackene Kuchen, Bio- Joghurt usw.). Die Einrichtung von Hotel und Zimmer hat "historischen Charme". Es gibt keinen Aufzug (dafür knarzende Holztreppen und Gepäckservice) und keine Magnetkartenschlösser (dafür die guten alten Zimmerschlüssel mit schwerem Messinganhänger. Alles ist aber in neuem oder frisch renoviertem Zustand und gibt keinerlei Anlass zur Beanstandung. Die Standardzimmer sind nicht sehr groß, aber für ein Dreisterne- Hotel sehr gut eingerichtet (ein Sessel, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Klimaanlage, tv, Minibar, Zimmersafe, Bademantel, Hausschuhe, Hygieneprodukte). Im Hinterhof kann man kostenlos (!) parken.

Alle Mitarbeiter ausnehmend freundlich, wobei die Inhaber die besten Vorbilder sind. Beste Küche in feinem Ambiente. Ein tolles Romantikhotel eben!

Un excellent accueil avec le sourire et la gentillesse, un très bon service au restaurant, repas gastonomique de haute qualité, une très belle et grande chambre, aménagée avec goût, au dernier étage, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville. Pas d'ascenseur dans cet hôtel de quatre étages, mais possibilité de se faire monter les bagages. Peut-être pas très approprié pour des personnes agées ou handicappées.
