Es gab auch durchaus einzelne Servicekräfte, die nett und zuvorkommend waren. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, ein geschätzter Hausgast zu sein. Sehr unpersönlicher Umgang.Frühstückstisch wechselte,kaum Ansprache. Nach einem Feueralarm wurden weder Erklärungen geschweige denn eine Entschuldigung gegeben oder eine nette Geste - Tasse Kaffee angesichts der Minustemperaturen o.ä. gereicht. Im Grunde hatte ich das Gefühl, dass es wirklich egal ist, ob meine Familie und ich Gast sind oder nicht.Es war zudem etwas mühselig, an neue Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich zu kommen. Keine Entschuldigung und keine Erklärung wann und wo das Frühstück ist. Es musste alles nachgefragt werden. Zudem nicht gerade freundlich. Das Frühstück ist entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Op de booking.com staat dat er Wifi aanwezig is. Wifi was echter alleen in de lounge beschikbaar, niet op onze kamer. Anonymous Solo traveller Germany May 8, 2012	Das Ambiente, die Lage mitten im Grünen, das sehr umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet und das Angebot für die verschiedenen Sportmöglichkeiten, die ich aber nicht genutzt habe. Habe das Zimmer dort gebucht, weil ich diese Nacht ruhig schlafen wollte. Das war aber wegen einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft dort nicht ganz möglich, wobei das Hotel sonst sicherlich Ruhe und Erholung bietet. Did you find this review helpful?	10
