Grande serviabilité de l'hôtelier , magnifique lever de soleil sur le Rhin, sortie du parking public devant l'hôtel. Accès difficile à trouver en voiture. L'entrée au rez de chaussée, avant de monter à la réception, inquiète sur l'état de l'établissement. La chambre est une bonne surprise. Un tapis serait bienvenu. |

Très bonne localisation, parking payant pas trop cher à proximité, juste au bord du Rhin et à trois pas de la Cathédrale. Confort simple mais suffisant si l'on n'est pas trop exigeant, personnel agréable, petit-dej plutôt consistant et varié. |

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique (proche du centre ville, du salon, et de la gare) et les prix abordables. Les sanitaires sont vraiment anciens. Les salles d'eau méritent vraiment d'être rénovées. |

Very convenient location - 2 minutes from Dome, 15 minutes from the fairgrounds; very good breakfasts and very friendly and helpful staff. I seem that in the middle of October it is already cold enough that the heating in the rooms should be switched on. Otherwise an extra blanket could be useful. |

The hotel is well located for the rail station and our room had excellent views over he Rhine but it was difficult to find among the cafes on the sidewalk especially when you have luggage. Needs bettr signage |

the beds were comfortable breakfast had flies, toilet was dirty, showercabinet doors did not work, no airconditioning, manager only spoke medium german and no english, reception was closed during the day, difficult to find |

We stayed in the suite of the hotel and we had a breathtaking view from it.... I can guarantee that you wouldn't be able to have that kind of view from any other hotel so nicely....No other hotel room has a balcony at that location...Lovely, exceptionally beautiful!!!!......The suit was excellent with everything you need....Breakfast was also excellent including freshly cut fruits........Service was extremely efficient.....One of the best services we had in any hotel...staff behavior is amazing with the touch of Asian hospitality......Location is amazing!! just 5 minutes from cologne hbf station and right in front of the Rhine....All restaurants are right below the hotel.....We enjoyed immensely....Don't miss the night view from the suit!! |

Very close to the main train station, city center as well as Köln Tanzbrunnen. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. There was a small leaking in the bathroom. |

it is wery easy to visit koln on foot.also the place is by the river. the first floor of the hotel building is the bar,there is a little noisy.also it is not easy to find it by car with GPS . |

Small and Private No climate control, would not want to be there in the middle of winter OR summer...We staid in May and slept with the windows open. |

I've been in Cologne many times and can surely say that the "suit" in this hotel is the best place you can find for value/money. It is situated in the city center, vey near to Dome and just beside the River Rhein. It has a spectacular-breathtaking view. |

The hotel is very central to the city center and the railway and bus services very close to xmas markets. The hotel is clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the booking is well worth the money, a huge selection of cold meats as well as cooked and boiled eggs with an assortment of breads, cereals, yoghurts, fruit etc. |
