I did make the book at the rate Euro 59, but finally they charged me Euro78. I found after I paid 2nd day when I compare my booking price! This is no good! Can you help to follow up! I believe it should be the hotel mistake!

The room was booked for 2 people and the double bed was only 140cm wide!! This one could possibly expect in France but is unusual for Germany. I was not aware of it. As I shared the room with my adult son, the staff changed the room into a real double room. Otherwise, it would have been a difficult night. My above ratings relate to the new room.

Pulito, bagno ampio e finestrato, personale cortese. Mancanza ascensore, il letto matrimoniale addossato alla parete lo rende piuttosto scomodo. Difficile da trovare, in quartiere residenziale decentrato, l'insegna non è illuminata e quindi si rischia di girare a vuoto, soprattutto se si arriva col buio.

Sauber und nette Betreuung. Liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Frankfurter Flughafen. Ab 04:00 Uhr am Morgen nur schlafen bei geschlossenen Fesnter möglich.

Sehr gute Lage in Mainz, trotzdem ganz ruhig. Personal super nett, Frühstück lecker und vielseitig. In jeder Hinsicht ein tolles Hotel und preiswert. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Hôtel très bien placé, proche de l'Université, pas très loin du centre en voiture, quartier très calme. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel ou possible facilement dans les rues adjacentes si le parking est complet. Un peu déçu : porte de douche cassée, réparée avec du scotch d'emballage, carreaux cassés au sol, extérieur de la douche aurait pu être plus propre. J'attendais mieux pour le prix. J'y retournerai mais surtout pour l'emplacement.

Geräumigkeit der Zimmer - gutes Frühstücksbuffet - ruhige Lage - Die etwas vernachlässigte Fassade lässt auf weniger Komfort im Inneren des Hauses schließen, das ist schade.

Angenehmes kleines Hotel. Beste Lage fuer Uni, fh und Stadion. Auch in die Stadt kommt man mit Bus/Strassenbahn in ca. 15 min. Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Das Fruehstueck war eine Ansammlung von ALDI-Produkten und ist Sonntags auch nur bis 10:00 Uhr vorhanden. Die WLAN-Nutzung ist sehr teuer (1h=4,95€!)

Nettes, angenehmes Hotel, schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, wunderbar gelegen in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier, ideal zum Abschalten. Die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit und man ist mit dem Bus (oder mit der Strassenbahn) in 10 Minuten mitten in der Innenstadt – und der Fahrplan ist im Hotel angeschlagen. Prima Service! Wir genossen den Aufenthalt.
