Hotel location is ok, close to the city center and close to a park. Although not included in the room rate the breakfast was really good. The first night we had a water bed which was horrible, so we asked to change the room which was possible immediately. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and it should be, as the price is not the cheapest one. Pretty small room, old furniture.

Whilst I had a booking confirmation from booking.com the hotel was not aware of my booking. Luckily they had a single room (nothing like the photo that made me book) however I had to pay them for the room on check-in. I will need to check if I have paid twice.

Very good situation in the old-side of the city, and close to a zone only for pedestrians. The breakfast has not a lot of choices, but it has a nigh quality. The price of the breakfast out the price of the room, must be included.

Leider hatte ich das Gefühl das früher mal in dem Zimmer geraucht wurde hat zumindest danach gerochen . Im Bad sollten die bodenfliesen erneuert werden , gerissen und Fungen zerstört .

Die absolute Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ..das man sich sofort um ein anderes Hotel bemühen wollte und das uns zwei Einzelzimmer zum Doppelzimmer preis angeboten wurde. Und das Frühstück war super besonders das selbst gemachte Müsli. Das wir zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht haben und nur eins frei war.

Excelente servicio. Excelente restaurante. Cocina de autor aun nivel altísimo y unos precios muy ajustados. Vale la pena alojarse en el Rose solo por su cocina!

Hell, sauber modern stilvoll eingerichtet. In dem Haus fehlt ein Lift. Auch ist kein Personal für den Gepäcktransport vorhanden. Die Rechnung sollte höher sein, als der gebuchte Preis. Wurde nach Vorlage der Buchungsunterlagen geändert.

Freundliches Personal, Zimmerpreis für das Doppelzimmer angemessen. Das ebenfalls für unsere Tochter angemietete Einzelzimmer war mit 69 € ohne Frühstück recht klein und eher eine Mönchszelle. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit.

Gediegenes Hotel, geschmackvoll renoviert, freundliches Personal, Frühstück gut, Lokal konnte leider nicht getestet werden, da wir an einem Feiertag erst abends anreisten, Ambiente machte jedoch guten Eindruck

Die Lage! Die Altstadt von Bietigheim-Bissingen ist faszinierend und bezaubernd. Eine solch gelungene Mischung von wunderbarer alter Bausubstanz, moderner Kunst und Gartengestaltung findet man kein zweites Mal. WLAN funktioniert nur partiell im Haus, die Atmosphäre im Haus ist etwas steif und förmlich (Betreuung der Frühstücksgäste in Anzug und Krawatte - "loosen up a bit!"), das Frühstücksangebot ist mittelmäßig. Man sollte sich davon aber nicht abschrecken lassen, ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich!

Im zugehörigen Restaurant kann man sehr gut essen. Obwohl als Nichtraucherzimmer deklariert und gekennzeichnet, war der Geruch von Rauch im Zimmer. Zimmer war sehr schlicht und eher klein.

Wir haben unsere Kinder besucht. Das Hotel diente als Unterkunft. Dafür war es O.K. . Wenn wir am Abend ca. 22.00 Uhr in das Hotel zurückkamen, war alles dicht. Ein Getränk höchstens aus der Minibar.
