Clean accommodations for a good rate House keeping came into my room at 1100 even after I announced that I was still in it because they wanted to know when they could finish their work and go home. The published check-out is 1200. This really disturbed my stay.

Good location, only 5 min driving from the Aachen center. Rooms are spacious and clean, nice staff. Reception is 24h open. Not enough parking space from my point of view. Breakfast charge is well above the average

Room was excellent. Location was good for people with a car. Price was good for the room. Breakfast looked a little pricey, so avoided it. It was a strange hotel as it's primary focus appears to be as a conference centre and/or a hotel for the elderly needing health support. Great for a business stopover or a transit stop, but I owuldn't want to spend a holiday there

Excellent, clean facilities and rooms. Reasonably priced with attentive and helpful reception staff. Well placed for a taxi ride into central Aachen. Service in the cafeteria and restaurant could be a little slow and the dinner menu was very restricted unless you like pizza or pork. There are no hot drink making facilities in the rooms. However, overall this hotel is friendly and represents good value. A definite 'recommend'.

Room was very nice. Spacious and well furnished. Staff was very helpful. Small restaurant had excellent food and service and stayed open till at least 10:00pm. Plenty of offstreet parking. Tranquil location, but very near the University and the ipt Fraunhofer Institute. Will definitely stay here again. No complaints

Das - normale-DZ war ssehr angenehm groß : Doppelbett mit guter Matraze, viel Platz vor dem Schrank(geräumig!), eigene Sitzecke mit 2-Sofa und Sessel, Balkon, Bad mit Badewanne incl. Dusche - leider kein Tageslichtbad/Fenster und auch kein Stuhl auf dem Balkon - trotz Sommerwetter-----

Park ligt in buitenwijk Aken. Zeer rustig. Geen geluidoverlast van auto's . Heel apart is de mix met beter gesitueerde ouderen vaak met rollator of rolstoel die daar hun zorg (lees; maaltijden en andere verzorging) op maat kunnen inkopen. Zij hebben hun eigen app of woning en kunnen binnendoorlopend gebruik maken van de hotel faciliteiten. De kamers zijn ruim, zeer schoon, goede schone bedden, grote nieuwe badkamer met inloopdouche. Onze vrienden hadden een badkamer met bad, die wat kleiner is. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Aardige bediening. Al met al een verrassend verblijf. Reistijd naar centrum met auto ca. 10 mins. Bushalte a h eind van de straat.

Buen hotel con buenas habitaciones. Excellente servicio por parte del personal en la recepción. Cuenta con un restaurante chico, pero bueno. El restaurante donde está el desayuno estaba mal durante toda la estancia. Deficiencias principales: Mesas sucias por parte de los huespedes anteriores / faltaba queso / faltaban salchichas, faltaban bolillos con un precio (por persona) de EUR 13.00. Después de la reclamación por escrito tenian una mesa asignada para nosotros con buen servicio y buenos alimentos - ¿pero porqué solamente para nosotros? ¡Se puede y debe mejorar esta área!

Lage in der Nähe meiner Arbeit. Große Zimmer und großes Bad. Ruhige Lage, Parkplätze beim Haus (Es war keine Messezeit) Dusche war in der Badewanne. Keine Glas auf den Zimmer, nur ein billiger Plastikbecher, der beim auspacken zerbrach. Teileweise Löcher in den Kacheln und dunkle Flecken bei der Badewanne in den Fugen. Preis für Frühstück 13,- finde ich persönlich sehr hoch. Bieten keine Servicepauschale an. Internet Std. 3,- Euro
