The room: clean and attractive. The staff: pleasant and helpful. It was a boon to me that they kept my bigger bag while I went to France for four days. Also, it was a close walk to the railway station. It would not be a good place to stay at night, as there are indigents in the street and establishments on all sides that advertise, "girls! Girls!"; "Topless girls!" "Sex shop", "porno films!" And the like -- all in English. Also, it was hard to find the hotel entrance, which is hidden in the back. |

Great location. Difficult to find as it was tucked inside a little "hof" area. |

When i booked the room i asked for an extra bed to be put in the room for both nights of our stay.Upon arrival the gentleman behind the counter said that this was not the case even though i had a booking refrence that stated this on it.As it states on the site that for an extra 25 euro per night an extra bed can be added and the gentleman did not seem keen to helpus with this.We arrived around 1am after trvelling for 12 hours and all that we wanted was to get a good nights sleep wich is not a lot to ask. |

Efficient and friendly staff, good breakfast, situated near to main station. It being situated in the red light area and having to walk past prostitutes and drug takers to gain access to the hotel. Noisy guests returning in the early hours and leaving beer bottles and food wrappers on the stairs. |

Clean, comfortable room. Staff were very helpful. Good value for the price. It is an easy walk to the Main railway staton. Although it is in the red light district, the room was very quiet, as the hotel is set back from a very busy street. |

Very friendly staff, quiet room, simple but tasty breakfast, central position, good price. Actually it's in the red light district. Not my problem but maybe not good for families with children |

+ Very kind personnel, location in few steps from Railroad Station and a little bit more from Main river and city center. Despite of "red light" shop - very quietly in rooms. - small bathrooom in room and elevator goes only up to 4-th floor (inconveniently if you will live on 5-th floor - in non-smoking room) |

Its geographical proximity to the Central Railway Station and the centre of city. The shower and the shower curtain in the bathroom need replacement. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Continental breakfast was more substantial than I was expecting. It's a comfortable place to stay. It is located in the middle of the red light district of Frankfurt, surrounded by sex shops and topless bars. It is hardly the best place for a family to stay, which is a shame as it a very acceptable hotel otherwise. |

Breakfast was very good--good selection, nice breakfast room. I was pleasantly surprised by a floor fan in the room that kept it from getting too hot. I was also surprised that it was quiet given its location in a red light district. Very convenient to the hauptbahnhof. Be advised that the elevator does not start on the ground floor and does not go all the way up either. Not a big deal unless you're handicapped or have a huge heavy suitcase. |
