nice hotel staff wireless internet was working, but quite expensive, 15 euros for 24 hours and access can only be bought with credit card. |

Nice reception, easy to find, clean and nice environment. The receptionist did not ask if I prefer a room with air conditioning. Upon check out, I explicitly asked whether there are rooms _with_ air conditioning and it turns out that there are such rooms. Why did not she inform me about this ?? |

Service freundlich, alles okay Das Zimmer war sehr laut (zur Straße gelegen) und die Bettwäsche hat extrem nach Rauch gerochen (in Zukunft werde ich kein Raucherzimmer mehr buchen....). |

Das Personal war von Ankunft bis Abreise freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Im Restaurant haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Sauna, Pool und der Waldpark sind gut geeignet zum Entspannen. Die günstige Busverbindung zur Stadt macht es leicht auf das eigene Auto zu verzichten. |

Viihtyisä hotelli, jonne oli kiva tulla pitkän meri- ja automatkan jälkeen. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja herkullinen. Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Hieman tunkkainen tunne huonekäytävillä, ilmanvaihtoa voisi lisätä. |

Freundlichkeit des Personals Das Zimmerfenster zur lauten Ausfahrtsstraße. An der Anmeldung habe ich Ohrenstöpsel bekommen. Auf der Homepage habe ich die Unterscheidung Zimmer zur Straße oder zum Garten nicht richtig wahrnehmen können. Das Photo suggeriert, dass das Hotel mitten im Wald liegt. |

Unkomplizierte Buchung, späte Anreise möglich. Ausgedehnter Wellnessbereich, den ich aber leider nicht nutzen konnte. Nähe des Waldes.Nähe der Ostsee. Nähe zur Autobahn. Komfort und Service sehr gut. Gemütliche Zimmer. Ich konnte leider den Wellnessbereich nicht nutzen, weil ich keinen Badeanzug mit hatte. Ich hatte mich ganz spontan für die Übernachtung entschieden und war deshalb nicht vorbereitet. Eine Ausleihmöglichkeit für Badewäsche wäre sehr gut. |
