Good value and a convenient location. Free parking in a city centre location was also a plus. The room was minute. The dining area was huge and it is a pity some of this spare space was not used to make the rooms bigger. I would descibe the it as the hotel equivalent of a Smart Car!

What I like the most is the vicinity of the hotel to the city, possibility of parking of a car and ease of booking of the room. If you need to take a shower or go to toilet you have to use shared facilities.

The location of the property is great, next to the Danube and within 10min walk to the centre. Tiny rooms (more like broom cupboard), with tiny beds! The shared toilets were dirty (with puke) and the neighbours were very noisy!

At first sight the room seems very small, but for a short stay it is fine. Very convenient location for Passau, and excellent value for money at only 50euros a night for a double room. The breakfast was 6 euros, which for what you get is a bit steep.

Ideale Lage, zentral, Rezeption rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Nur Barzahlung möglich. Zwar liegen alle Zimmer zur Donau hin, doch akustisch bleibt der Lärm von der am anderen Ufer verlaufenden Straße bestimmend. Das Frühstück erscheint mir etwas zu teuer. Aber man muss es ja nicht in Anspruch nehmen.

gute Oganisation, günstige Lage zu Bahnhof und Donauradweg, 24 Std. Rezeptionöffnung ich hätte gerne auch ein Frühstück eingenommen, doch der gebuchte Zug (Person+Fahrrad) fuhr bereits um 07:18 Uhr, frühestes Frühstück ist erst um 7:00 Uhr möglich

Amplasarea pe malul Dunarii si foarte aproape de centrul orasului. Are locuri de parcare incluse in pretul cazarii. Desi are doar cateva locuri de parcare, am gasit tot timpul loc. Baile sunt curate, desi sunt pe culoar si aproape fiecare camera are baie vis-a-vis. Camerele sunt foarte mici. Nu exista decat cateva rafturi, fara a exista un dulap unde sa-ti asezi hainele. Pentru o vizita scurta este ok.

Lage In der Internetbeschreibung waren vorhandene Parkplätze angekündigt (was nebst Lage der Grund für die Buchung war). Die beiden Tage, in denen wir dort übernachtet haben, war kein freier Parkplatz (nur ca 10 Parkplätze gab es insgesamt) vorhanden, und die einzige Auskunft der Angestellten war, dass man selbst einen öffentlichen Parkplatz suchen soll oder im Parkhaus parkieren soll; beides mit Kosten verbunden. Platz im Zimmer ist wie in einer Schiffskabine: 2 Personen kommen kaum aneinander vorbei.
