The hotel is wonderful. It is very welcoming, comfortable, and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The spa facilities are very enjoyable. Our only issue, on the street side of the hotel, is the noise at night with the street car and there always seems to be a couple people outside who stay up all night. If you like to keep a window open at night, it is a bit disturbing. Otherwise, couldn't be better.

Great Value for the money. Stayed at 5 hotels in Germany with rooms under 100 euros and this was by far the best. Great breakfast, large rooms, high end fixtures, big bed.

Breakfast selection was good, with lots of variety. Room was clean and comfortable. Toilet slightly small but otherwise no complaints. Overall a very nice hotel. Good restaurants nearby. It is a bit far from the Altstadt. However the tram stop is just outside the hotel.

Pleasant welness centre, excellent rich breakfast, free coffee, tea and cakes in the lobby. Location just near the bar and cafe area in Neustadt. The street can be quite noisy during the night - this is nothing the hotel can do about. Take earplugs.

They had a great breakfast buffet that was included in our room rate. The tram stop was 50 meters from the hotel. Also couple nice bars in the area and several bakeries. The street looked a little scarry with lots of graffiti but was quite safe. We arrived back later in the evening and never a problem lots of activity. They had coffee, cookies, and fruit in the lobby that was very nice after walking all day to enjoy. Dresdon was a beautiful city great trip. The carpet on the stairs was a bit worn and dirty.

We stayed in a mini-suite which was perfect. The hotel was convenient for the city- we walked in several times, and also used the trams- very easy. The facilities in the hotel were excellent and exceeded our expectations- they had thought of everything. Breakfast was wonderful and loads of it. There were cups of tea and coffee and cakes available all day for you to help yourself- you could have as much as you liked. The swimming pool was such a welcome treat after a long day walking round the city- and it even had a jacuzi in it. I can't reccomend this hotel highly enough.

We chose the hotel Rothenburger to be in an area just outside the main tourist area for better/cheaper/more local places to eat and drink in the evenings and it was very good for this and we had some good meals locally. We liked the quirky arty hippy places nearby and found it quick and easy on the tram to the old town, railway station etc. The pool and spa area is lovely and we liked the all day hot and cold drinks, fruit and biscuits in the lounge area all day. Our bedroom was very well appointed for mirrors, lights, drawer and cupboard space, quiet apart from the occasional early morning tram and one night some late noisy guests. Excellent breakfasts. Would recommend The only thing we missed is tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom for late night or early morning before one is dressed to go downstairs!

Receptionists all spoke English and were always very helpful. Coffee and tea in reception room with cake, biscuits & fruit. Was a great comfort when returning from a day out. Room staff were always pleasant. Small dining area for evening meals. Had to wait 10 minutes to be asked if we would like a drink, after we had been acknowleged. I was very thirsty at the time

it's nice hotel close to the city center by wark about 20min and by tram about 10min.Parking is secure and situated near the hotel.Plentifull brekfast and good spa area with small swimming pool, but it wasn't overcrouded even on weekend.Small snack on lobby with tee, coffe and juice.Just 10 min by wark the pedestrian street Hauptstreet whith some shopping, restaurants. In generall it was a good experience. The awful smell in the room(number 127),the cleaning service is not very good and the bath towel could be the bigger size.

We stayed four nights and were automatically upgraded to superior rooms which were very nice, but could however have been a little more spacious. Hotel staff was very friendly and service minded. Nice touch with the free sauna and steambath. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely come back if we will be able to get the same offer (around €70 per room/night). Superb location 500-1000 meters from Potsdamer Platz and Checkpoint Charlie, 100 meters from U-bahn station Anhalter Strasse. It would have been nice to have the bed linnen changed every other day. The exit from the garage was very narrow, could be a problem for a larger car.
