It was a very nice experience. The room was quiet, the beds very comfortable, the breakfast fantastic, and the spa/pool facilities very pleasant. They offered coffee/tea/juice/Gluhwein and cake/cookies in the lobby sitting area in the afternoon. That was a very nice touch - warm and welcoming. Nothing we did not like however we did have dinner there one evening and the service, although friendly and good food, was extremely slow. Probably would not have dinner there again with so many choices in the area. |

This hotel is indeed very good in all aspects, really 4 star from rooms to breakfast to garage, optimal value for money, location v.good if you use (as you have to) the great Dresden tram service). For us, it was a great stay. The only (only!) item is, as in other hotels, the very reduced offer of TV stations, yet I imagine that this is a high cost factor, and would not like to let this issue cloud a very positive opinion. |

Liked the sauna, the location of the hotel, and the feeling of the place. Breakfast was great as well. Was not a 4 star hotel. Do not let them fool you into that. And the standard prices are ludicrously high. Paying 70 euros is fine for a night, but if you pay the standard rate for a double room of around 150 euros, you are being fooled. Also, I requested an early check in as well as a room with a balcony at the time of booking. I did not receive either, nor did I get a response to requests. |

Отель очень удобно расположен по отношению к историческим достопримечательностям города. Приветливый персонал. Хороший завтрак. Есть недостаток - при заселении делают резервацию суммы с кредитной карты, превышающую стоимость номера. При выселении - совершили платеж за номер, но разница обратно не вернулась, прошло уже 3 дня. |

Insgesamt kann man das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, gut schallisoliert und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist außerordentlich reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut.! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Auch positiv überrascht hat uns der Wellnessbereich. Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessgeräte alles sehr ordentlich. Beim nächsten Besuch in Dresden würden wir wohl dieses Hotel wieder wählen. |

Wir fanden dieses Hotel sehr gut und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.Ich fand es sehr angenehm nach den langen Weihnachtsmarkt besuchen das Schwimmbad und die Sauna zu besuchen.Super war auch das reichhaltige Frühstück.Was wir noch gut fanden das in der Empfangshalle Getränke und kleine Snacks standen.Negative Sachen hatten wir nicht. |
