Breakfast was excellant - staff very helpful, overall, we had a great time and would recommend the hotel to anyone taking a trip to Berlin for whatever purpose!

spacious rooms, well cleaned and modern, good temperature and very comfortable beds just one price for breakfast, a light breakfast offer would be good.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are modern and everything seems new. The bed was amazing. We were satisfied with everything. Staff was polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the second year that we have stayed at The Leonardo Royal Hotel in Berlin and it is an excellant Hotel.The location from The Alexander Platz Bahnof is only two stops on tram number 4 to Falkenburgora ten minute walk away.very central to tourist sites and shopping. Just the very cold March weather spoilt our stay this year.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice. We also had a few drinks in the hotel bar and the service, choice and surroundings were very good. Overall a very nice hotel and would consider staying there again should I visit Berlin again. A very very minor issue - there could have been slightly more tea / coffee / milk supplys in the room.

Fantastic hotel, our second time staying here. Comfortable rooms, superb breakfast, good location, friendly staff. Services could be improved by providing free wifi, although computer terminals and printing are provided.

The hotel is very neat and clean. It is designed in a nice way and its location is very good! Breakfast and parking is expensive, but there's a supermarket and free parking around the corner

Comfortable, clean, modern room; a well looked after hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Good location for a city trip. Third visit to this hotel, impressed each time and very happy to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and were very pleased. Staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is good too! Only one tram stop to Alexanderplatz and the Christmas Markets. All in all it was a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again. The room was very hot! Even though it was -7 outside! When we left the room, we would switch the heating right down but everyday housekeeping would turn it back up to 25 degrees!!! This was the only tiny negative thing!

A good location at a good price. The frequent tram stops nearly at the front door and is then only a few minutes from a main communications hub with resturants, shops, etc.. Lovely and extensive buffet breakfast. All highly recommended.
