Изысканное оформление номеров. Все новое, современное. Чуткий, приветливый персонал. Русскоговорящий портье. Вызвало недоумение отсутствие автономного освещения туалета. Ночью это неудобно, т.к. приходится включать свет одновременно и в ванной комнате. Но в связи с отсутствием перегородки или двери между ванной и спальней, свет беспокоит спящего партнера. Есть красная лампа с таймером, но она также освещает только помещение с ванной. |

Отличный отель. У нас была очень большая комната с 2-мя зонами. Вид на костел, который правда начинает звонить в 8 часов утра, но нам нравилось. Современный "свежий" отель в стиле модерн - стиль выдержан во всем. Отличный бар и лобби. Находится в тихом районе недалеко от центра (15-20 минут пешком до музейного острова). Very good hotel. We has big room like apartments. New hotel in modern style. Good bar & lobby. Not so far from downtown - 15-20 minutes to the museum islands. |

его можно было рекоммендовать как бизнес отель, но очень дорогой интернет. лосьон для тела появился на четвертый день прибывания. буцмажные салфетки закончились и их три дня не меняли. если заканчивались пакетики чая их тоже не спешили докладывать. в день отъезда после завтрака заблокориовали номер, обяснили тем что боялись, что мы не оплатим мини бар (!) такого мы еще не встречали не в одной точке мира. мы очень много ездим. |

Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The design and decor is tasteful and breakfast selection excellent. The cost of bottled water at €7.50 in restaurant is far too expensive. |

Good value for the money. It´s two tramstops away from Alexanderplatz or 15 minutes by foot, The neighboorhood is DDR-grey but friedrichhain-park is next to the hotel and a church. The hotel is top-notch. The breakfast was great, we didn´t miss anything. |

It was great! Excelent breakfast, very confortbale room, everything is brand new, everyone is kind and attentive. I deffinitely recommend Leonardo Royal Hotel in Berlin. Flawless! |

the close proximity to the centre the pillows were too soft. Something more firm would have helped to get a good nights sleep |

Good, new rooms. The hand-wash in the bathroom was not so good, because the tap was placed too near the wall so that water ran on the bench behind the wash. |

I liked the fact that the hotel was very quiet and there was not any noise disturbing me in the mornings In the second day of may stay I found stuff in my bathroom which was not mine.....that was weird |

A brand new hotel, oppened just recently (07/2009). The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel's staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfest served in the hotel was excellent. The hotel is just 10 minutes ride (via tram/bus) from world known Allexanderplatz. |

The hotel is very nicely decorated, conviniently located and the hotel stuff is very pleasant. Breakfast is absolutely great. Since we commented to the hotel that we are on honeymoon, they upgraded our room to superior room which was very kind of them to do. We would defenetly stay in the Leonardo chain hotels in our next travels. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. The room doesn't contain a bath tub - only a shower. |

LOcaion, confortable bed and nice staff. The room was old and the onlz way to hea it was using the AC that was noisy and unconfortable during the night. |

Very good breakfast and a very tidy room. It is a pity they don't have a clean towel policy: every towel the guest puts on the floor has to be replaced, the other can still be used by the guest. Many hotels have this service to reduce washwater and cleaning detergents. |

Staff is warm and friendly, engineering team was helpful as we need to fix a DVD player. They left us a hand written note on channel selection and to informed us it has been done. Restaurant had a good breakfast selection & only during busy periods, replenishment takes awhile longer. Love the colours and interior design used, trendy & hip. To have more storage space and hooks in the room. |
