While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure. Rather featureless location - but this was mitigated by handiness to excellent public transport.

Staff were excellent, and our room was available early for check in. The location is good, however I recommend utilasing their bike hire to make getting around easier. Wifi doesn't work at all in the rooms. The staff are aware their is an issue with wifi in the hotel, and they refunded the daily wifi rate which i had paid, without any issues.

Breakfast was excellant - staff very helpful, overall, we had a great time and would recommend the hotel to anyone taking a trip to Berlin for whatever purpose!

spacious rooms, well cleaned and modern, good temperature and very comfortable beds just one price for breakfast, a light breakfast offer would be good.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are modern and everything seems new. The bed was amazing. We were satisfied with everything. Staff was polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the second year that we have stayed at The Leonardo Royal Hotel in Berlin and it is an excellant Hotel.The location from The Alexander Platz Bahnof is only two stops on tram number 4 to Falkenburgora ten minute walk away.very central to tourist sites and shopping. Just the very cold March weather spoilt our stay this year.

Prompt and friendly staff. Clean and modern decor. Would be nice if the hotel was closer to the tourist area but it's not much of a problem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice. We also had a few drinks in the hotel bar and the service, choice and surroundings were very good. Overall a very nice hotel and would consider staying there again should I visit Berlin again. A very very minor issue - there could have been slightly more tea / coffee / milk supplys in the room.

Fantastic hotel, our second time staying here. Comfortable rooms, superb breakfast, good location, friendly staff. Services could be improved by providing free wifi, although computer terminals and printing are provided.
