The bedroom is very nice, big, comfortable and luxurious. Great location.

The staff is not very worried with the guests. We had problems with the bathroom and the safe that was never solved even with a lots of complains.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel, mind you we were upgraded to what the receptionist said was two levels above what we had actually booked, and it looked it. Location is lovely, trams in East Berlin are great, and there is a tram stop right next to the hotel, with connection to Alexanderplatz, Prenzlauer Berg with decent restaurants, and all the other places that one might want to see in Berlin.

I Didnt like the fact that wifi was 5 euro an hour. In general the hotel great

Nice neighbourhood -- large park with running track, a few nice cafes/bars. Good communication with the centre (tram and bus).

Very expensive WIFI. Expensive breakfasts.

The rooms (comfortable, clean, ...) and the hotel staff who were very helpful.

The use of the Internet should be free (using your own computer, phone, ... ) Possibility of having a Continental breakfast at a good price.

The Leonardo provided us with such a great room located near the heart of Berlin. During our stay it rained one whole day but it was fine because the hotel provided such a great atmosphere that we decided to just stay at the hotel during the rain. But the next day we got all our site seeing done. We loved the. Leonardo experience so much we booked with them in Munich as well.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Walking distance or frequent tram to centre. Walking distance to Prenzlauer Berg.

Staff were so helpfull .the hotel is emaculate,and it is in a great location, and any time I emailed the reception before we arrived for our stay for directions, or any other help they got back to me within the hour, we as agroup of four had the most enjoyable stay at leanardo hotel .This weekend break was booked as a present.

Nothing we liked all about the hotel

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and our room (double) had a lot of space and was quiet. The breakfast was really superb. We happened to book a good deal on the room incl. breakfast and we were very satisfied with the level of price vs. quality the hotel offered. The location was good: by bus or tram only few stops from Alexanderplatz. The surroundings in the area were quite basic DDR but quite and it did not bother us - some other more attractive areas were very near to take a walk or so. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and could come back anytime!

The Internet access was not included in the room price and was a bit expensive but the lobby had computers with free Internet so it was not a big deal. The thing that was odd with the room was that the bathroom section did not have a door (toiled did however!), but the bath/shower had only a "movable glass wall" to avoid most sight and humidity. For a couple this was not a big deal but if travelling with e.g. friend or a colleague sharing this room might have been felt a bit strange.

Room space, bed, bath excellent breakfast .

Lovely hotel decorated boutique style. Staff very pleasant and helpful, breakfast choice excellent. Restaurant bit minimalist, excellent food and presentation, but not a lot of it. Rooms super, fantastic walk- in shower, all as would expect from a 4star hotel. Location great, tram stop at the corner of the road, only 2 stops to alexanderplatz.

Evening meal in restaurant, sparse portions, but good quality

The location, the quality was above the price and the very friendly staff.
