A nice and new hotel, fairly priced. Good location, but not exactly in the centre of Berlin. Overall experience was very good. Free Wi/Fi internet is not offered and this service was priced 17 Euros/Night! I think that Wi/Fi Internet should be free. My opinion also is that the breakfast is average, could also be improved. |

The hotel was really nice: recently renovated, spacious, quiet and very clean room, nice common areas, great breakfast selection and food quality. The hotel is in East Berlin, close to Alexaderplatz, but not within (easy) walking distance. A ridiculously frequent Tram service does the trick though. There was WiFi/Ethernet available but with a charge of 10e/h or 20e/day. Also, there were 3 internet enabled public machines but they were running kiosk-style software with IE6. I was barely able to check my webmail with this thing... |

The hotel is in new condition and has good transport links to the city. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. The rooms were quite small for a 4-star hotel and the restaurant/bar was expensive. |

The cleanliness of the hotel, the additional services, tea facilities in the room, good personal, very good breakfast Location. It's not so close to Alexanderplatz and there is only one tram passing by the hotel (however the tram stop is across the road) |

Close to amenities & public transport. Comfortable, clean, central. Staff polite and helpful. Sauna/steam bath was very good but closed on Sunday when it was supposed to be open. |

The Hotel was well decorated and nicley iluminated. the staff at the front office were effecient and the bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.The room was very nice with an excellent tv and comfortable bed but the size of the room itself could have been a littlle bigger. The breakfast choice was good also, although a selection of pastries would have been welcome and even though the automatic coffee machine was excellent offering different styles but the quality of the coffee bean itself at breakfast was not the best in my opinion. All in all a very pleasant experience. |

Comfort and cleaness of the room, small but perfect for young couple. Bathrooms, clean and new towels always available. Employees very kind, available, solar. German newspapers always available. Great breakfast. Interesting public trasportation passing in front of hotel every 5/6 minutes towards center.nice relax area with steam bath and sauna. The position isn't great. There is nothing arund the area...just a great supermarket around the corner...we suggest to buy there some water: don't touch the mini bar! But with the public transp. Bus n°200 ore m4 you can reach the city mitte in only 10 minutes. |
