Very friendly people. If they could explain anything to you about the menu or the area, they did. The restaurant was fantastic. More food then you could eat. Directions on finding it. I tried Google and the last direction leads you to a parking lot. You must first follow signs that say Hotel Tour and go through a small rock tunnel to get to the row of Hotels. If you don't understand German and are asking for directions, it is very difficult to find. Other then that, it was a great spot and I would definitely recommend it to others. It is just a short drive to the castles from there and you are right next to the Alps!!! |

Staff were friendly and location was pretty and quiet. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and the restaurant was goof as well. Room was big. |

Location is good and the rooms are comfortable. Staff pretty helpful too. Breakfast OK. Bathrooms are a step back to the 70s and the television was way too small and old too. Started cleaning and vacuming rooms (hence noisy) by 9am whilst I was still wanting to rest. |

We love this hotel - the restaurant and staff were fantastic and the room was really cosy with a wonderful balcony overlooking the park and hills - would recommend it to everyone. Great for walking in the countryside and for going to the local castles. |

Staff receives an a+, wonderful and courteous. We travel a lot, probably 30 days a year and this was the best supporting staff we've had throughout Europe. Even the owner was very friendly and went out of his way to talk with teh vacationers. Excellent location in a park setting, just out of town with numerous nature trails and very pet friendly. And, just a 5 minute walk into old town. We loved it and will be back. |

Very peaceful and relaxing, comfortable rooms overlooking trees, fields and mountains. Good breakfast buffet. No towels/soap etc provided in one of the two rooms we booked. |

Ruchti's hotel was in such a peaceful, quiet location at the foot of the Alps that we immediately lengthened our planned stay there. We enjoyed a lovely 2 room suite to comfortably accommodate our young daughter. We loved the restaurant and ate there both nights of our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel! |

Fantastic restaurant down stairs. Cheap meals that were very large and tasted fantastic. Wi-fi was very over priced - for the amount they charge for the room it should have been free. Rooms were very very drab and the bed was uncomfortable. Laundry service was 13 euro per load. |

Most of all the perfect location, out of the town centre but only a few minutes walk away from it along the river or through the forest. The view from our room was superb and i would be surprised if there are any hotels with a better view. The staff were also very friendly and we enjoyed the excellent choice for breakfast. |

The German breakfast was amazing. Our room was cozy and cute, with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as our own porch with table and chairs. We had a huge window with a view of the snowy valley and mountains. Lovely! |

Old style family friendly hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist part of the town yet only 20 minutes walk to the station. It's in an area with lots of interesting walks. Great views from the balcony of our room. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast were good. All staff cooperative and helpful. |
