Best hotel we have stayed at has the old alpine feel perfect for the area quiet panoramic view has its own restaurant with amazing !!!!!! Food. If your looking at this hotel and its ratings book it !!!

the stuffs are nice and gentle. location is not far away from the castle. pretty good. price is average. the hotel's style is traditional and confortable. pretty good !!!

Nothing to dislike at all

The entire experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful every time we needed something, and even though I did not really speak German, they always did whatever they could to be able to communicate well with me. Our room was a great surprise - we were expecting something much smaller. There was a nice balcony with a view of the park and the mountains, a sofa, two chairs and the bed, with a big screen tv as well. Breakfast was another high point - very good and fresh, with a lovely selection of bread, cereals and fruit, as well as some hot options.

I honestly can not think of one single thing I didn't like about it. Would recommend it to anyone!

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasing. Their Breakfast buffet was better than a lot of others i have gone to in Europe. We wanted to make a change to our reservation last minute and were very worried if they would incorporate the same. But they did so very willingly. We also loved the hotel ambience. Free Wifi was available and a small internet facility in the hotel too.

Its a little further than some of the other hotels in the old town centre. Its about a 10 minute walk to the main train station. But well worth the price.

Great location, next to Füssen (10' walk) but in a separated valley, much greener. Lots of possible pleasant walks, directly from the hotel, some nice lakes nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and superb local cuisine.

Internet connection a bit slow, but we were not there to be online.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were simple but adequate. The food was good.

One big negative: during the night the hotel doors are locked and from the inside can only be opened by using one's key. This was not brought to the attention of the guests, moreover I could only open a side door, not the front door with my key. In any event this is unacceptable and I have informed the hotel of my opinion as soon as I discovered this. This a major hazard in the case of fire. It should always be possible to open the doors from inside.

We stayed in a very spacious apartment, suitable for a big family, with kitchen, living room and two separate bedrooms. The interior was outdated, but everything was very clean and functional, so nothing to complain about really. Very good value for money. An extra bonus was the " walk of the senses" that was not really connected to the hotel, but located in close proximity just outside. We and our children really enjoyed that one after a long day in the car.

very cozy, peaceful, pleasant place

An excellent facility in a wonderful area close to the historic district but far enough from the tourist so it was not touristy. Great place.

We had to pay for the internet.

Breakfast was ok, location is good, parking was ok.

Internet was free but the speed was so low it was not usable.

very nice location in a favourite town of ours.

room was rather small and dark and not really very welcoming. The staff , whilst polite, were not particularly welcoming either and not particularly helpful. We had to pay extra for wifi and the view from our room was a tiled roof . We had arrived from scotland by motorcycle and were looking forward to a shower and a clean up but imagine our disgust on finding that the shower didnt even work properly. All in all very disappointed.

Dinner is good. Very good breakfast spread. Hair dryer in room.

Small double room is cramp. Bed space for one instead of two. Hotel is good for one night stay only. Price paid is not value for money. Computer access in lobby only. Hotel may be difficult to find if not for GPS. CCTV in breakfast area.

Good clean and comfortable rooms, though rather small. Excellent location for exploring the town, yet out of town and quiet and peaceful.

Our rooms were spacious and clean. Balconies were very nice to have with a nice view. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The included breakfast was very generous and delicious. The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English.

There was nothing about Ruchti's that we didn't like!

An overall nice hotel. It is situated in a little valley only a short distance from downtown, which is beautiful. Good food, especially breakfast.
