Very nice welcome , very helpfull staff , very good food .

Kind of noices during The Night Could not leave balcony door open because the nice room was faced to the main road

Pour facilities in Rooms, very small bathroom and very smelly our friends did have a very large stained carpet ( 212) the balcony walls were covered in flies and spider web. the shade blinds over the balcony were terrible stained and dirty.

Very charming village and an outstanding place to start the river cruise from. we spent a night here and then headed up to Koblenz the next day. Free breakfast!

Facilities (phones, TV) are insanely outdated but room clean overall.

This hotel is run as hotels should be run, smoothly, professionally and with a smile.

Everything- the staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English which was a bonus for us.The location was ideal for walking to the centre of Rudesheim and for the ferries and train. Beautiful hotel and location.

It was clean,friendly, comfortable and the location was good although like most of the hotels within the town there is a fair amount of road and train noise. Fortunately it is one road back from the railway line and our room was located at the side/back of the hotel, hence the noise was less obvious. The balcony was not particularly user friendly or necessary. Breakfast was adequate and our only reserve was that we thought the internet listed it as a 4 star hotel when infact it is a 3 star. We didn't use the dining room in the evening so can't comment on their menu or service. I think this is typical of older style German hotels.

We liked the warm welcome after a long hot journey. I asked for coffee and cake in our room and it was brought by the owner himself - delicious. I had read on the internet that we should try his snitzchel which was scrumptious so tried the rump steak and gorgonzola, which was recommended by Wilhelm, the following night for supper and were not disappointed as the food is excellent in the restaurant and made our trip to Rudesheim enjoyable. Sissy and Wilhelm's personal touch is hard to come by these days and we had lots to talk about as they love our home town of Cape Town.

Accueil sympathique. Chambre et salle de bain très bien équipées et de tailles spacieuses. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Situation centrale.

Rue un peu bruyante au niveau circulation. Parking complet si vous arrivez après 18h.

En trevlig stad som vi besökt flera gånger och vi försöker då bo på samma hotell. Tror det var vår 5:e vistelse där.

Sehr freundliches Personal. haben uns sogar das Frühstück ein halbe Stunde früher gemacht

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, Mitarbeiter und Service waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig.

Sehr gutes Essen. Schönes Ambiente. Gepflegte grosse Zimmer.

Goede kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goede keuken.

De badkamer is zeer klein. De douchekop gleed omlaag omdat die niet kon worden vastgezet op de glijstang. Klemzetten tegen de muur bood uitkomst. Tijdens de laatste nacht was er een feest bij de buren (een wijngoed) met veel geluidsoverlast tot diep in de nacht.

O pto era tão pequeno que tiveram que colocar a TV em cima de um armário NÃO embutido , comum. encontrei restos de sabonete no box que mal cabia uma pessoa e a porta era dificílima de fechar ( velha , empenada .

Buena relacion callidad/precio, desayuno incluido muy completo, buen restaurante, wifi a 5 euros el dia. Bien situado, la mayoriaestan en la carretera prinmcipal y con el rio y las vias del tren delante y son mas ruidosos, este no.

Beaucoup de choses. La qualité de l'accueil, c'est un hôtel traditionnel qui sait traiter sa clientèle. Un parking dans la cour de l'hôtel, gratuit. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, mais l'isolation phonique (fenêtres fermées évidemment !) est excellente. Et surtout un petit déjeuner exceptionnel ! Un très grand choix proposé et une qualité de la nourriture peu souvent rencontrée (de vrais fromagse, de vraies confitures etc...)
