het personeel was erg vriendelijk, de kamers zeer schoon, mooi zwembad, het eten was goed, voldoende keuze. de afstand tot de skipiste is lopend zo'n 15 minuten. geen shuttlebus terug, wel mogelijkheid om je te laten brengen door de weeks op aanvraag.

Willingen is een gezellig plaatsje, prima om een paar dagen te skieen en te wandelen. Hotel evenals sauna en ligging was verder goed. Minder goed vonden wij de klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel n.l. stug en snel geirriteerd.

Der Wellnessbereich war superschön gestaltet und gut gepflegt, schöner Wellness-Pool. Das Ambiente findet sich doch eher in den 70er Jahren wieder, wenn es einem gefällt, dann ist es sicherlich schön. Das Bad müßte dringend renoviert werden (im Komfortzimmer). Die Wellnessbehandlungen (Gesicht und Maniküre) waren eher provinziell als passend zum Wellnessambiente, das könnte noch verbessert werden. Frühstück an einem fest bestimmten Tisch (Blick gg. die Wand, zu kleiner Tisch auch für 2 Personen) konnte leider auch auf Anfrage nicht geändert werden (Begründung: das habe ich den Gästen eben auch nicht erlaubt, dann geht das bei Ihnen auch nicht.

Das schöne große Schwimmbad und die tolle Saunaanlage. Der Nachteingang ist für einen Alleinreisenden (besonders einer Frau) nicht sehr gut gelegen.
