Very nice and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel. We booked 2 rooms (one for smokers and one for non-smokers). The room for non-smokers was recently renovated, while the other was not.

Vraiment tout, l'accueil, le confort des chambres, la propreté, la déco à l'ancienne, la disponibilité du personnel, ambiance familiale, on sent que la priorité c'est le client et non pas l'argent à tous prix.. En plus de tout cela, un très bon rapport qualité prix. Merci à eux. ++++++ Un français frustré de ne pas pouvoir râler...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sehr freundliches Personal, das zu jeder Zeit um den Gast bemüht ist. Perfektes Badezimmer, ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage, sehr familiär. Das Hotel ist wirklich empfehlenswert.

Freundliches Personal und die ruhige Lage des Hotels. Trotz Lage des Hotels in reinem Wohnviertel, kein Parkplatzproblem mit Gästeparkausweis. Preis dafür ist mit eur 4,00 völlig in Ordnung. üBerschaubares Frühstücksbuffett von durchschnittlicher Qualität. Es wurden auch trockene Brötchen vom Vortag serviert.

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage in der Nähe der Rüttenscheider Straße. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig - man hörte die Geräusche vom Bad des angrenzenden Zimmers recht laut.
