The hotel is situated close to the Alpincenter and Bottrop city center. The facilities were very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our staing in chillten bottrop.the cuisine was wonderful and we liked restaurant very much (saying our regards to the owners of this place).and want to mention that we came late at night and still were able to settle at hotel (using keyboy).

Very friendly staff, moved us to a room due to the chance of noisy students staying either side of our previous room. This was organised before we arrived and we had the choice of rooms on arrival. Overall a nice stay, friendly staff and onsite restaurants looked good and had nice menus. Would stay again. Breakfast was limited, but it wasn't expensive so no major problem there.

The building is really in a nice design.I really liked it.Its location is perfect near the Aldi supermarket.It is also a restaurant next to the hotel.The staffs were extremely friendly.

Sehr nette Leute. We booked a 6 persons room. Last year we were with the 4 of us and had a room with consited in 2 different rooms. That was great. Now we had one room with 6 persons. That is too much. I had expected a room with a least 2 different rooms.

Very near to aldi grocoroes. We stayed here as it was a nearest location for Moviepark Germany.Nice Bar within the hotel. They serve a Veltin Beer for 2 euros which is very good. However their is room for improvement for Breakfast arrangements, and interior..

They had two rooms. One with beds for the adults, the other was for the children. Perfect for privacy! Loved it! The beds were pushed together for the adults but we couldn't sleep comfortable together since there was space in between the beds. If they can fix this then definately by far best simple and clean hotel so far!

Room was clean and comfortable though basic. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman at the Reception realized we were eligible for a lower rate and adjusted our bill accordingly. Parking was a bit limited. Service at the restaurant was rather slow.

Mir hat die Architektur des Baus sowie die Gestaltung des Zimmers gut gefallen. Ausgewählt habe ich das Hotel aufgrund des Blicks auf den Tretra-Eder, dem neuen Bottroper Wahrzeichen, das Nachts so toll beleuchtet ist. Es wäre schön gewesen, auch in den Zimmern WLAN zur Verfügung gehabt zu haben. Ein zweites Handtuch wäre toll gewesen. Ich fand die Plastik-Matte im Bad statt eines Badvorlegers ziemlich eckelig.

das ein Restaurant im Gebäude vorhanden ist. das Zimmer wo wir untergebracht waren hatte einen Eindruch als wären wir in einer Kaserne untergebracht.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Gunstige ligging. Geen mogelijkheden om de ramen te verduisteren. Prijs/kwaliteit van het ontbijt was minder. Ook de ontbijtruimte en de bediening was niet gezellig.

Welkom in hotel uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Spreken nagenoeg geen duits, ging zonder probleem over in het engels. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Helaas jammer genoeg de bedden zijn niet optimaal. Matras dun en niet comfortabel.

Fijne hotelkamer, met twee slaapkamers. Maar één stoel, maar we zijn weinig binnen geweest ;-) Bij het hotel was een restaurant, met terras. Er waren veel hotelgasten, maar daarvan merk je weinig.

Vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden. Ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid, maar voor de prijs prima. Je kunt door bijbetaling in het restaurant een uitgebreider ontbijt krijgen. Als je het hotel alleen gebruikt om te slapen, is het een goed hotel. Kamer aan de warme kant. In een van de kamers werd het water niet warm. De gordijnen lieten te veel licht door.

De service van de receptionist. Wij waren er maar 1 nacht. Ik vind (net zoals vorige keer dat wij er waren)het ontbijt tegenvallen. En voor onze kleinkinderen staat er geen speelgoed, zodat ze (6 en 5 jaar) rustig blijven zitten.

ontbijd was gering en de eerste dag hebben we moeten aandringen om het ontbijd aan te vullen met o.a. broodjes, melk, confituur. Toen konden we confituur krijgen maar daar moesten we dan wel 3 euro voorbetalen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
