ruhige Lage am See, abgeschlossene Tiefgarage, Vollausstattung der Wohnung, 10 min Fußweg am See entlang bis zur Fußgängerzone, Zugang vom Balkon zum Garten mit Abendsonne Lage nach hinten ohne Seeblick, keine Milchglas im Badezimmerfenster, überdachter Balkon, durch Lage zur Haustür hat man immer die Nachbarn vor der Wohnung gehört- die nicht immer leise waren. Kein WLAN/Internet
