Very nice breakfast buffet, and the staff was pleasant Dinner was a bit expensive, the pool area closed down too early in the evening, and no massages available on Sundays. |

The food, service and the rooms were excellent. In addition there was an excellent pool and the breakfast buffet was one of the best. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular. |

Supreme quality of the stay regarding almost everything. Get a room with a valley view. You will not regret it. The prices we got when booking at this website was very good and made our stay well worth the money. Good restaurant and one of the best breakfast buffets I have had. More of a hotel for conferences than anything else. The staff at the front desk could rarely answer questions about local sights and things to do. |

Location, excellent facilities, nice and comfortable room. Service seemed not up to the hotel standard (4 star superior thermal hotel), which was visible in a few details: - in the room there was only one set of Robe and Sandals for the swimming pool, even though it was well mentioned in the reservation that we were two persons. - during the breakfast in the two days the orange juice was available but at room temperature (probably 20+ degrees), when it is widely known that for both taste and quality of the product it should be kept cold. - at reception we have asked for a plan/map of village for walks. As far as we understood, they had none they could provide us with, but only lend us for a few moments one they had which looked rather used and not so clearly marked on to the various walks, lengths and locations. In sum, even though, we were happy with the overall package we do think that in our particular case the service was not up to the expectations taking into account the "careless" attention given to some details as referred to above. |

Luxurious feel to the room, with great view (facing valley), parking not a problem (cheap garage available - didn't need it), Didn't eat in restaurant in evening, but good breakfast. |
