This hotel is the ultimate "German experience". The traditional music played was amazing and the town of Ainring is peaceful and beautiful. None of the staff speak English very well. It was difficult to find out information or direction. If you do not speak German, this hotel is for the adventurous. |

Am besten war der Wellnessbereich - nachdem es draußen sinnflutartig gergnet hat, haben wir diesen mit vollen Zügen genossen. Die Abendunterhaltung war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wem's gefällt - bitte sehr. Frühstücksbuffet war auch toll. Publikum besteht großteils aus Pensionisten. |

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, gutes Essen, guter Service, schönes Zimmer. Keine Internetverbindung in dem Zimmer, was für diese Preisklasse in vielen Hotels Standard ist. W-LAN nur in der Hotelhalle, aber funktionierte nicht mit meinem Notebook. Fehlermeldung war eindeutig das Ruperti-Netzwerk, aber keiner der Mitarbeiter konnte oder wollte das Problem lösen. Notbehelf war ein PC in der Nähe der Rezeption, der benutzt werden konnte. |

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Ruhige Lage, Nähe zu Salzburg. Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen... Frühstücksbesteck, Schüsseln usw. sehr schmutzig. Wellnesbereich zum Teil ungepflegt. Lt. Beschreibung 4 Sterne Hotel, bei Unterbringung in einem der Gasthäuser gibt es keinen Hinweis, dass die Zimmer einem anderen Standart entsprechen, keine Fön oder Toilettenartikel im Zimmer. Putzfrau lässt Handtücher andere Gästeim Zimmer liegen usw. |

la zona relax è fantastica, cosi' come il buffet della prima colazione. la camera in cui ho soggiornato, si trovava al di fuori dell'albergo, in uno stabile adiacente e per accedere all'hotel dovevo passare dalla reception come se fossi un estraneo all'albergo. la pulizia delle camere era veramente discutibile. non parlano l'italiano. |
