Hotellet ligger relativt centralt och nära till u-bahn. Ligger också på en lugn gata så det är tyst på nätterna. Personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam. Nej |

Trevligt bra hotell med centralt läge. Rent och snyggt, rum med högt i tak och bra säkerhetsskåp. Prisvärd frukostbuffé. För dålig fart på duschvattnet. |

Rummet jag fick var fräscht med förhållandevis stort badrum och hade god belysning vid skrivplats och säng. Utsikt mot hotellets och angränsande fastigheters trädgårdar var ett plus liksom tillgången på värdeskåp! Den trevliga och serviceinriktade personalen är i sig ett gott skäl att välja detta hotell. Jag har inget negativt alls att säga. |

The buffet breakfast is excellent. The rooms were very clean. Very reasonable prices and a great location. Lack of internet access in the rooms - even pay as you go was only available in the lobby. |

Location is very good, close to most places of interest, value for money. We were not satisfied with the breakfast as there was almost nothing to eat. They also don't have free internet access and charge 8 EUR per hour. |

It was centrally located just two minutes from the U-Bahn Station & within easy walking distance of the Tiergarten & Zoologischer Garten areas. The staff were also pleasant. |

Quiet rooms, excellent breakfast with good supply of newspapers, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms Not enough non-smoking rooms. On-line price options did not offer best price. Next time, I will call hotel directly to get a better price. |

Clean, wide, high ceiling rooms. The best thing is that it is close to everything. Imagine a hotel on Perry St. NYC without the attitude. We just keep on coming back - this is our 5th stay! Enjoy. Oh, by the way, ask for room 35 - it has a bathtub! |

Good location. Good sized room and bathroom. Basic but clean and comfortable. As others have said, the customer service is not good. The front door is locked well before 9pm each evening and you are made to feel uncomfortable each time the night receptionist locks/unlocks the door. |

Good location, close to restaurants, shops and underground. Good value for money, basic but clean and comfortable. New furniture and new bathrooms. One of the single rooms did not have a built bathroom but some type of very small bathroom cabin put in a room which did not look good and it was very small. Reception could be decorated nicer and they should do something about the smell at the reception room. |

Excellent location, very close to the U-Bahn and easy connect to Tegel Airport. Friendly staff. The doorman at night, the old key system need to update to key cards |
