Stuff is very nice, aslo the rooms looks diferent and very interesting.

It is next to metro station. Streets with lot of shops are relatively close to the hotel.

This is a design hotel with many great amenities. We were in a junior suite, but really like the fact that both the shower and the toilet were in a separate cubicle from the rest of the bathroom. There is also a bar in the hotel, which is open till reasonably late and which serves great cocktails and also has a wonderful selection of high-quality drinks (German fruit brandies, whiskies etc.). The bed was also of good quality, and there was plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space as well.

Minor points, really, but the minibar was not re-stocked until after four days, so we went without bottled water for a few days, which is a minor nuisance. Also, the receptionist who checked us in was a bit rude, complaining about the hotel management, all the while prying into our private lives. But this was a one-off incident. No issues with other staff and it would not stop me from coming back to this hotel.

We loved the accomodation. The room was wonderful. The service at the reception was correct. The room was clean.

Stylish hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room was well cleaned daily - new towels every day.

Some tiny details: - no any hook at the bathroom, no way to hang a towel. - too small wardrobe for two persons staying more than 3 days. - free wifi in the room but you had to enter login and password every time you entered internet. - cosy Portuguese restaurant for a dinner, good food but overpriced and small portions compared to restaurants in the same district.

Beautiful room & hotel design. Good location. Easy access to u-tube.

Horrible mattress. Woke up tired after a day's visit to Museuminsel. Restaurant could stays open a bit later.

Front desk staffs are not quite friendly. The so called air conditioning is not working made the room hot, have to open the windows..

Was promised free Wi-Fi in the rooms, but no connection : Could not connect IPhone, other guests had same problem. Only in lobby Wi-Fi but poor and slow and had to reconnect with login and pw again and again

Clean comfortable room. Great shower. Good location that offered access to city and key shopping area. Close to underground train station.

The rooms were stylish

The rooms were hot, the leisure facilities were closed for maintanence. It lacked some standard toiletries E.G. conditioner. The windows were dirty.

Everything was fine. The staff was the best.

The hotel was much too warm. There was something wrong with the heating system and they could not lower it, so we had to keep the window open.

Very clean hotel, modern rooms with cool mirrored walls, excellent shower, all staff were superb and always extremely helpful. Also as it was my birthday we were surprised with champagne cake and fruit platter when we returned to the room one evening. Spa and pool facilities were a nice relaxing place to chill out after a long Days walking. Couldn't be better!

We had the large suite at the top floor. The suite is nice and spacious. The huge mirrors make it look really modern and the vast windows give the room a lot of light.

Some basic things in the suite are missing, like tea cups, kettle, iron, ironing board, telephone in the living room.

I loved the facilities especially the main lobby and lounge, great place to hang out in an ultra modern designed space. The rooms are very clean and the shower was amazing. I really liked that there were instructions on how to connect my iPod to the TV to play my music. Also the metro station is literally across the street which was a great plus.

The only downfall about Sana Berlin is their internet WiFi connection. It was really poor in the rooms and kept dropping, we had to keep going to the lobby downstairs to be able to use the internet for long periods of time.
