close to karlsruhe city centre / 5 mins walking distance our room it was like a shoe box, when asked to swap rooms they told us that they were full and dont rush back on saturday to see if any others rooms were free/there were alot better rooms but it must be allocated to this website these shoe box rooms |

I arrived extremely early and had given prior notice that I would need an early check-in. My room was ready and available as soon as I arrived (about 9am). The hotel is close to the main shopping area and sights. I thought the hotel was a bit pricey, but very comfortable. |

Left lift was not working properly giving some scarry signals when using it and was very hard to get to the 4th floor!!! the way to sauna and fitness is through the garage....!?! |

Das Frühstück war ganz nett sowie die Snacks an der Rezeption. Der Aufenthalt war ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Leider im negativen Sinne. Unflexible Regeln, keine Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbetten, Latexmatratzen, unterschiedliche Handtücher, Löcher in sämtlichen Textilien, sehr kleine Zimmer (selbst auf dem sog. Executive Floor). |
