The room is clean and nce. Hot water comes out immediately Breakfast is delicious.

it is said to be near the central station but takes a little bit walking.

Definitely NOT A FAMILY HOTEL. Large nude photos cannot be avoided near the elevators. Very disappointing, and I'd never go there with my children.

Poor facilities, I carried my own bags in and out. Internet connection sucks. Breakfast buffet is not that good.

Wonderful, smart, comfortable hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Super location for visiting the Dom, close to station and centre (10 mins walk). We were given a lovely quiet room overlooking central courtyard. Worth knowing that if you are visiting at weekend it is possible to park free in nearby streets on Sundays and from 9pm to 9am any night.

Absolutely no complaints. Would stay there again without hesitation.

We were not able to park at hotel. The neighbouring hotel mentioned cost us 18 euro which I felt was over the top. Ongoing building site right across street. Not a problem for us as it was weekend, but I imagine would be very noisy during week.

This Hotel truly surprised us positively. The Staff was amazingly friendly, the room very nice, the breakfastbuffet good. We've even had a Nespressomashine in our room, where even 5* Hotels still often offer just a waterkettle.

- Free Wi Fi - Good Location (Close to the main train station and to the city center)

Only five minutes away from the U-Bahn station, however it takes about 15 to get to the Cologne cathedral and all the other stuff worth seeng is on the other side of it.

First, they freeze the whole amount of payment at the moment of booking, so that "no prepayment" is actually a lie. I, however, was charged twice, and still am trying to get my money back. Their only reply is "we're sorry for your problems". Second, the location. If you are a fan of a gay sex shops and nowhere to eat nearby city block, then that's your place. Otherwise I would strongly recommend staying on the other side of the railway station. Would never stay there again, let alone advise it to somebody, even my worse enemies.

What an excellent hotel, friendly staff, nice bar and lounge and a beautiful breakfast. Just three blocks from the main station. Fully recommend this hotel

The hotel was well located within five minutes walk of the main station and cathedral. We had a spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed and a great bathroom with an excellent shower. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. We would definitely stay there again.
