とても清潔なホテル。従業員の対応も非常に親切で助かりました。

値段が手ごろ。スタッフの感じが良い。部屋は非常に清潔。

ケルンの観光地とは駅の逆側で少々くらいエリア。

室内は清潔感がありとても綺麗で広々していましたので，快適に過ごすことができました。観光案内についても- ホテルのスタッフがマップを提供してくれて大変丁寧に対応してくれました。駅から若干歩きますが，騒音もな- く，快適に過ごすにはよいホテルだと思います。

家族４人（子供２人）で宿泊。対応も室内も問題なく滞在しました

駐車場のゲートがしまっていたので、チェックインのとき分かりにくかった

ホテルの看板・表示が全くなくまわりをぐるぐる回ってもわからず、結局地元の人にたずねてホテルの敷地に入- ったもののチェックイン場所もわからなく、３０分以上もかかったこと、電話もなくフロントに直接行くにも５- 分以上もかかり料金は非常に割高でキャンセル料全額なので、我慢して２日泊まった。

車での行き方について、サイト上で詳しい案内がほしい。

Cosy atmosphere, modern design, highly customer-minded staff, large offer for breakfast served in a very spacious room.

It's a pity that the hotel restaurant is not open in the evening. Hotel Santo is located on a corner facing a large avenue with many traffic lanes: no traffic over the week-end but must be quite different during normal working days. Entrance is located in a narrow street though.

beds were really comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great.

I wasnt able to connect to the free wifi using my phone.

I like the design of the hotel. It was very modern and the staff was very helpful. I liked the ability to park your car in their parking garage. The quality of the room for the price was good not to mention that it's within walking distance to the train station and the dome.

The past reviews on their internet problems are valid. It's a mess! Their internet is wired and as long as you get a long cord it works but looks bad. What made it even worse for me (and maybe it was because I have a Macbook) I had to re-login with my room information every :15 which made streaming internet extremely frustrating. If you're going here and the internet is important....I Would look elsewhere.

Cozy ambiance, nice hotel rooms, good breakfast.

We weren't allowed to park our car in the parking garage so we parked outside in the hotel parking lot. Unfortunately, somebody broke into the car and stole our navigation system etc.

Large, comfortable and beautiful bathroom for guests in basement is an excellent idea, as when arriving and leaving with lots of luggage we can refresh and use it easly

There is no central computer for guests thus making that when you do not have your laptop it is not possible to use internet. Really missing!

The Hotel Santo impressed me for the price-comfort and price-localization relation. We can go by foot to the commercial center and the cathedral. I want to register the excellent employees attendance. And, with certainty, when to come back to Köln, I will come back to the Hotel Santo!

The only detail that can be improved is the access to the Internet. In my opinion, the Wi-Fi access would have to be available for all the rooms, for being a technology that already is standard to notebooks and is very cheap!

Great breakfast, good location, fantastic recommendations from the ultra-friendly staff.

The art is a bit risque, some members of my party were uncomfortable with it.
